In the latest scandal to grip the Beckham saga, estranged eldest son Brooklyn has made another public swipe at his parents.
The ever-aspiring chef has reinstated his tumultuous relationship with his family in a card written to his wife, actress and model Nicola Peltz, on their four year wedding anniversary.
His declaration to his wife read: “Happy 4 year anniversary baby I love you with all my heart.
“We have been through so much together but are stronger than ever”.
The message is a clear nod to the tough year under public scrutiny that all the Beckhams have faced while their family structure fell apart.
Earlier this year, the couple’s 2022 Florida wedding made headlines again after Brooklyn announced he wanted to sever all contact with his family in a bombshell statement.
He famously accused his mother, Victoria Beckham, of ruining the day in a number of ways.
According to Brooklyn, the fashion designer and former Spice Girl cancelled Nicola’s wedding dress at the last minute and danced with him inappropriately on the day.
The Beckhams’ eldest child reinforced his message publicly by sharing the card to his Instagram story and captioning it with: “Happy anniversary @nicolaannepeltzbeckham x love you with all my heart. Can't wait to stay young with you xx love you so much x.”
Adding more salt to the wound, Brooklyn also shared a picture of the extravagant bouquet of flowers his wife’s parents, Nelson and Claudia Peltz, sent the couple for their anniversary.
The wealth of Nicola’s businessman and investor father eclipses that of the Beckhams and reportedly provides his daughter with a $1 million monthly allowance, which helps fund the young spouses’ lavish lives.
This Instagram story comes just days after another social media snub of his own family, in which Brooklyn showed off yet another tattoo tribute to his wife.
In a post promoting his hot sauce brand, Cloud 23, Brooklyn flaunted his latest ink by resting his hand on his wife’s chest.
Across his knuckles are the words: “Our little bubble”.
The phrase was used by Brooklyn to describe his home in the US with Nicola following his relocation from the UK to be with her.
When asked a few years ago if he found the move difficult, he said: “No, because I’m marrying my best friend, so we kind of have our own little bubble together now and it’s just really nice.”
However, this is not the first time Brooklyn has used tattoos to make a statement.
He has had a number of tattoos that honor his family covered up or removed in the few months, including a tribute to his father David.
