The Foo Fighters star, 55, left fans stunned this week after he took to Instagram to reveal that he had welcomed another daughter with a woman that is not his wife.
Grohl has been married to Jordyn Blum, 48, since 2003, and the couple shares three daughters, with his fourth daughter being born to an unnamed woman.
He had taken to Instagram to confirm the birth of his new baby, telling fans he is working to "regain" the trust of his wife and children after the revelation.

He wrote in his post: "I’ve recently become the father of a new baby daughter, born outside of my marriage.
"I plan to be a loving and supportive parent to her. I love my wife and my children, and I am doing everything I can to regain their trust and earn their forgiveness."
He added: "We’re grateful for your consideration toward all the children involved, as we move forward together."
See the post below:Shortly after he made the post, a picture was shared online claiming to be a snap of a hand holding that of his baby.
The photo was posted to a now-deleted Instagram account, along with the caption: "My sweet Roxie Junie Grohl, being your mama has already been the most incredible experience of my life.
"Every day, I fall more in love with you and this new role. Your daddy was by my side through the entire pregnancy, making sure we were both taken care of, and I’m so grateful for his love and support."
The post continued, as cited by the New York Post: "As much as I want to share my joy with the world, I also need to protect our privacy right now. I’m happy that everyone knows about you, though, because you are such a special part of my life."
It added: "From the shape of your eyes to the way your little nose crinkles when you smile, you are truly a Grohl through and through. It’s amazing how much of him is already shining in you.
"Your dad is so proudly that you carry on his family’s spirit, and I can already tell you have that same strength and kindness in you."
After the post went viral, Grohl's team confirmed to TMZ that the page was indeed fake, and the account has since been deleted.

They later added that they had spoken with the creator of the account, who allegedly responded: "I’m sorry this was a fake page we just wanted followers! We’re minors!"
Grohl's reps had earlier told press there was no further comment at this time following the star's own statement on social media.
