Drake has finally spoken out about long-running speculation that his ripped abs and even his backside were enhanced with cosmetic surgery.

The 38-year-old rapper - who has even been nicknamed 'BBL Drizzy - addressed the rumors during the premiere episode of Bobbi Althoff’s new Not This Again podcast.

“People think you got…[a] procedure done,” Althoff asked, referring to abdominal etching, a liposuction-based surgery that sculpts the midsection. “Did you do that?”

“No. People also say that I got a BBL, right? They call me BBL Drizzy,” Drake scoffed. “I don’t know if my like wagon looked crazy when I walked in here, but did it?”

The nickname 'BBL Drizzy' exploded online last year when rival producer Metro Boomin dropped an AI-generated diss track of the same name, mocking Drake with plastic surgery rumors.

The 'Take Care' rapper explained that the abs photo, which reignited speculation in June, was taken right after a workout. “I think it was just like I came from the gym. I was sweaty in that pic,” he said.

But he also admitted to retouching the image. “Maybe I like went on Facetune and, like, put, like, details up, you know? When you can like make it… sorry, just being honest!” he revealed. Althoff pressed him in disbelief: “You Facetuned it?!”

“Yeah, I was, like, maybe I, like, heightened the, like, saturation or something on it? I think I like hit it too hard. I hit it too hard,” Drake confessed. “Yeah, they don’t look like that.”

The post in question, a June 28 mirror selfie showing off glistening abs alongside a video of him jogging shirtless, drew immediate mockery from fans.

Comments included: “Fake abs lmaooooooooo when you will you stop you absolute clown” and “the abs do not match the body".

Even plastic surgery gossip accounts joined in. @surgeonmade_curves reposted the image, claiming Drake “did it again” and was “no stranger to the surgery table.”

"One thing is for sure, Drake can’t ever wait to recover fully and post once he’s completely healed," they alleged. "This man be too hype to show them abs/body and gives it away every single time."

The 'Hotline Bling' star didn’t share how much time he actually spends in the gym, but he has posted his running stats online. In August, he shared that he completed a nearly mile-long jog in two hours.

Beyond the body speculation, the Toronto-born star remains locked in a high-profile rap feud.

Kendrick Lamar has released a string of diss tracks accusing Drake of everything from plastic surgery to secretly fathering a child, even using a prescription for the weight-loss drug Ozempic as cover art.

The two are set to face off at Sunday’s MTV VMAs, where Drake’s 'Nokia' is nominated for best hip-hop - the same category as Lamar’s chart-topping 'Not Like Us.'
