Indeed, while Hollywood stars aren’t what you’d usually describe as your typical man, several have felt proud enough to discuss their manhood in public forums.
Whether we’ve seen them bare all on-screen, or they’ve simply found themselves at the centre of awkward conversations about their bodies, we take a look at what everyone is dying to know.
Justin Bieber
After paparazzi photos of him circulated online, Bieber addressed the situation with Access Hollywood head-on. He admitted feeling caught off guard, saying: “I was scared… I was like, ‘Oh my God… Shrinkage is real.’” He then clarified: “No, no. That's as big as she gets.”
Daniel Radcliffe
While performing in the stage play Equus, Radcliffe had to appear nude, which he said made him self-conscious. “You tighten up like a hamster,” he explained, while talking to the New York Times, describing stage fright. He added that he reassured himself by thinking: “I don't think even one of them would expect you to look your best in this situation.”
Enrique Iglesias
Like his fellow singer, Bieber, Enrique Iglesias spoke to fans during a concert, Iglesias joked about himself, saying: “Maybe I have the Spanish looks, but I have the smallest penis in the world. I'm serious.”
Michael Fassbender
Fassbender became a talking point after appearing nude in Shame, with Charlize Theron joking during an awards speech: “Your penis was a revelation. I'm available to work with it anytime.” George Clooney also quipped: “Really Michael… you can play golf like this with your hands behind your back.”
Colin Farrell
Colin Farrell may have taken on the title role in Alexander, but audiences never saw everything that was originally filmed. A nude scene featuring the actor was ultimately removed from the movie.
He went on to explain to Entertainment Weekly, that while the scene itself had a softer intent, the visual impact may have been distracting. “If anything, it's a beautiful, gentle moment — and a f**king large c**k with huge balls, is just f**king jarring," he quipped.
Scott Rogowsky
The popular Scott Rogowsky, best known for hosting HQ Trivia, once surprised followers by openly sharing a highly personal detail about himself on social media.
In a 2015 post, he wrote: “FUN FACT: My penis is of below-average length and girth,” offering the information in a joking, matter-of-fact tone to his Twitter audience.
Justin Timberlake
While filming the 2011 romantic comedy Friends with Benefits, Timberlake left a strong impression on his co-star Patricia Clarkson during a scene that required him to appear nude.
Speaking about the experience later, Clarkson didn’t hold back, saying: “Yeah… I had the good fortune to get to see him… all there,” and added that Timberlake was “big.”
