Heidi Klum shares first glimpse of her Halloween costume for 2019
In the leadup to Halloween this year, plenty of celebs have been sharing sneak peeks of their costumes. One particular celebrity, however, has yet to model her outfit in its entirety, but yesterday shared a couple of glimpses of the ensemble to Instagram.
I am, of course, referring to Halloween enthusiast Heidi Klum. To say the German supermodel is known for going all out for the spooky holiday would be an understatement - and this year will likely be no different.
Preparing for her annual Halloween party on Friday, the clips posted by the 46-year-old appear to feature the costume's finishing touches.
In the caption for the first clip, Klum encourages her followers to guess what the costume is based on a brief glimpse at a green prosthetic mould, presumably meant for her face. Evidently, we can look forward to Klum being completely unrecognisable as she assumes whatever character, figure or archetype she has chosen this time around.
Take a look at the clip below:
"Halloween is almost here!" she writes in the caption. "If you are in NYC, join me tomorrow at the @amazon store at 7 West 34th Street to watch me be transformed live into a _______! (Any guesses?)"
The second clip shows Klum at a facial prosthetic fitting at Prosthetic Renaissance Makeup-FX Studio. Unfortunately, we are still none the wiser as to what the finished look will be.
Here you can see a mysterious prosthetic being fitted:
The Project Runway's former host has been wearing these elaborate costumes since 2000, which is when she threw her first Halloween party, a Halloween party that went on to spark an annual tradition.
Klum's past costumes include Fiona from Shrek, Jessica Rabbit, herself as part of a group of clones of herself, a Hindu goddess and an old lady. God knows what she'll be dressed up as this year, but we won't have to wait long to find out!
