Adult film star Jenna Jameson has shared the stunning conclusion of her year-long journey on the keto diet - and the results are clear for all to see.
Exactly 365 days after embarking on her keto diet, the former Playboy star shared just how far she'd come after struggling with motherhood and addiction, posting on Instagram and demonstrating just what an inspiration she is.

In the 12 months since 'Operation Keto' began, Jameson claims to have lost around 100 pounds on the diet (which consists of protein and healthy fats while completely eschewing carbs).
"Do you ever miss 'bad foods' like fries or ice cream? do you indulge once in a while on a cheat meal?" asked curious mom @mommyhinton on Instagram - but Jameson has stuck to her task, even when it would be easier to give up.
She has also regularly updated her 426,000 followers on the progress she's making, via the hashtag #transformationtuesday. On Instagram, she posts pictures of herself in a bikini along with supportive messages for women going on similar journeys, such as this post from last month:
"It’s almost swimsuit season, and I wholeheartedly believe in embracing what you’re working with and stop feeling ashamed about your current body type. For all of us women, it’s SO difficult to participate in 'swimming activities' for fear of judgement from others.
"Looking back, I wish I wouldn’t have skipped out on beach days when I knew I’d see friends, or when I’d wear a full length sun dress to the pool. I remember feeling anxiety walking around the pool after [her daughter] Batel, knowing my cellulite was shaking."

After the challenge of motherhood, Jenna Jameson sure has come a long way, and seems to be a lot happier with her fitness and physical health.

Former adult actress Jenna Jameson has taken to Instagram to reveal that she has put on 20lbs after ditching her famous keto diet.
The 45-year-old is known for promoting her strict dietary habits - namely her advocacy of the keto diet - on Instagram to help others lose weight. Following the birth of her two-year-old daughter, Jameson says she saw noticeable results with the low-carb, high-fat diet.

Back in August, in fact, Jameson shared a before and after keto diet photo on Instagram, revealing how much she has benefited from consuming a low carb diet.

The performer also revealed last year that she had managed to lose 57 lbs on the diet.

Recently, however, Jameson has been indulging in more carbs. And in the caption for her latest Instagram post, Jameson explains her reasons for taking a break from keto and the aftermath of that decision.

"Confession," she writes. "I’ve gained 20 pounds. Ugh. I decided to take a break from #keto and live my best carby life. The weight came back fast and furious. I know a lot of people are quitting keto because it’s hard to maintain and after a year and a half I concur. Not sure if I’m going to go back full force or just calorie count. What are your thoughts? Love you guys!"

Needless to say, plenty of Jameson's fans took to the comments to express their continued support for her.
"I always lose tons of weight with Keto," one person wrote. "After 90 days i go cannibal though. Lol. I maintain at 40/40/20 proteins/carbs/fats at 2000 calories a day HEALTHY FOOD. I gain when i eat pizza and tacos. Fuckin reality sucks. Love you."
"Jenna - watch the documentary “the game changers” it’s about elite athletes going vegan - super interesting. I’m a keto chick, but plant-based is next for me," another person added.

Jenna Jameson has revealed everything that she eats in a day to maintain her toned physique.
The former adult movie star has regularly kept her followers on social media up to date with her weight loss journey, and now she has made good on her statement from last month that she would be getting "back on track" with her keto diet.

"Here's my first #keto menu for my fellow people that are on this journey with me!" the former adult movie star and fitness enthusiast wrote while posing in a Baywatch-esque red bathing suit.

Jameson explained that her breakfasts consist of one cup of coffee and two eggs with "hot sauce and arugula wrapped in Parmesan Folios cheese wraps."
Then, for lunch, she will have zucchini noodles with "a touch of butter with salt and pepper," followed by a Korean beef bowl for dinner.

"I sauteed cauliflower rice in a pan and then in a separate pan I fry up hamburger then add crushed giner [sic], coconut, aminos, garlic and sesame oil," she explained in the caption. "I top the cauliflower rice with the hamburger blend and then sprinkle green onion...and joila [sic]! It's so hearty and filling!"
Jameson revealed in December that she had readopted the Keto diet after gaining 20lbs.

If you're dieting right now and you need inspiration, then look no further than Jenna Jameson. After giving birth to her daughter Batel almost two years ago, the former adult film actress has been on a mission to shed her body fat and slim down. To that end, she's now following a ketogenic diet: a diet where practitioners eat high-fat, low-carb foods, in a bid to force the body's digestive system to go into a metabolic state called ketosis.
This week, Jenna took to Instagram to share images of herself with her many followers. She posted a side-by-side pic which showed off her back and butt, and fans are loving her progress.

She captioned her post:
"I cannot stress enough the importance of taking “before pics” ?? I HATED SEEING THESE PICTURES UNTIL I STARTED SEEING PROGRESS! So if you are beginning your journey or even thinking about #keto please take my advice and take jumping off pictures!!!! Next step is to clean out your kitchen of garbage processed foods and inform your family that the household is building healthy bodies! I’ll be doing a #howtostartketo on my next weight loss post so stay tuned! [sic]"
She later posted another follow-up describing her dieting process, in which she wrote:
"I began by reorganizing my refrigerator and pantry. I threw away everything that was processed and packaged. I starting reading EVERY ingredient in my foods, you’d be sooo surprised how companies hide corn syrup, potato starch and a host of other fillers and sugar in their foods. This is the stuff that sticks to our saddlebags and muffin tops! [sic]"
"I then made a trip to Trader Joe’s and Whole Foods and focused on buying lots of beautiful produce, grass-fed meats, and wild fish. I bought lots of block cheeses (most packaged shredded cheeses contain potato starch FYI) the shorter the ingredient list the better when it comes to food! I drink mostly water but I adore Fresca soda, it helps dampen my sweet tooth. [sic]"

Needless to say, her Instagram followers were pretty impressed with her progress. For example, Instagram user carlscott142 commented: "U look so good now and u have come a long way before u r at your goal now and happy that your husband was with you on your journey to your happy place [sic]."
Another person with the handle krrristen75 added: "I’ve never stuck to any diet before and after having an oops baby at age 38, I needed to do something! I caught a line from you in an article that said something about being lucky to not get bored eating the same thing every day. Adult film star Jenna Jameson shared a side-by-side bikini photo with her followers on Instagram to make an important point about "swimsuit season".
Around this time last year, Jameson embarked upon a weight loss journey by adopting the keto diet, and each Tuesday, she updates her followers on her changing body in what she tags a #transformationtuesday.

This week, Jenna Jameson had her usual inspiring bikini selfie, but she also had a wonderful message for all the women out there, as spring gets into full swing and summer is just around the corner. "Here’s a bit of advice that can be a hard pill to swallow," Jameson wrote, and continued with a post about about the unique pressures that women can face during swimsuit season.
"It’s almost swimsuit season, and I wholeheartedly believe in embracing what you’re working with and stop feeling ashamed about your current body type. For all of us women, it’s SO difficult to participate in “swimming activities for fear of judgement from others."
Jameson talked in detail about the anxiety she used to feel when the time came for her to go swimming, and all the self consciousness that can sometimes come with wearing swimwear - especially if that swimwear is revealing.

It's a wonderful, heartwarming message to send out to followers even as Jameson goes on this weight loss journey, and in the comments, there was plenty of support for the film star from other women going through similar journeys.

Has anyone been paying attention to Jennifer Lopez's Instagram page recently?
Just kidding: I know that everyone, myself included, can't help but cast a couple of curious glances at the 49-year-old's social media pages, just to get a peek at that bod. 49 years old. How does she do it? Well, if you were paying attention to that Instagram page, you'd have a decent clue: have you seen the workouts she undergoes on a daily basis?
Terrifying, really. But recently, she took it to a whole new level, when Lopez and her partner - former baseball star Alex Rodriguez - decided to take on something they described as the "10 day challenge"; that is, a week and a half without any sort of grains, sugars or any kinds of carbs.

We were all in awe of her willpower, even as JLo admitted it wasn't all gumdrops and ice cream (those were both, of course, off the menu).
"So it turns out when you don't have sugar and you don't have carbs you're really, really hungry all the time," she revealed in one such Instagram story, as she revealed that herself and Rodriguez were resorting to raw vegetables, canned tuna and sugar-free jello to get them through the cravings.
But as JLo struggled to stay away from the carbs, the one question on everyone's lips was: "why?" Luckily, Jennifer Lopez took the time to answer that burning question in between sessions of fat burning exercise, taking to the Ellen DeGeneres Show to dish out the info.

So why is JLo giving herself such a tough test? Turns out, it's all in preparation for her role in the movie Hustlers, where the actress and musician will be playing a stripper. "I'm sure that the outfits are going to be..." Lopez said before gesturing to her body, implying that she's expecting to show a lot of skin in this next movie role. "So I'm, like, getting ready for that."
"Just the whole ramp up to it was like: 'oh God,'" Lopez said on the show, admitting that it was an especially tough task because a lot of her diet consists of sugar and carbs. "It was really hard," she explained. "Not only do you get a headache, but you feel like you're in an alternate reality or universe. Like, you don't feel like yourself. You realize that you're addicted to sugar."

That being said, the 49-year-old added that the challenge does eventually get easier over time, but admitted that by the end of it, the cravings were almost too much to bear. "I'm like, 'When can I have sugar again? I'm going to have cookies and then I'm going to have bread and then I'm going to have bread with butter,'" she gushed.
But what then, did Jennifer Lopez learn about herself and her body by undergoing such a difficult challenge? Interestingly enough, after all that deprivation, she experienced a slight dip in cravings once the chance to gorge on carbs was available to her again.
"When you go back to the sugar, you don't want it as much," she explained, and even said that this wasn't the last time she was undertaking the challenge:
"It's something that you get used to a little bit," explained Lopez, as she revealed that she'd been talking with her trainer about taking a five-day break, before starting off again. You have to give my girl credit: she's willing to go all the way for that body of hers.
