Jessie J has broken her social media silence following reports of a split from her boyfriend of one year, Channing Tatum. The British singer shared a text post about "healing" and practicing self love.

Per UsWeekly, "Channing Tatum and Jessie J broke up about a month ago. They are still really close and still good friends". The publication adds that there was not one main reason for breaking up: "There wasn’t any drama. They just decided to part ways."

"Channing and Jessie have different priorities and focuses that don’t really align. They had a fun relationship, but it just didn’t work out. Channing needs to be in LA a lot so he can spend time with Everly. Jessie prefers England," the source continued.

While Channing has already allegedly joined dating app Raya since the split, Jessie took to her Instagram Stories to express how she's feeling.

In two separate text posts, one of which was a regram, she wrote:

"Delayed emotions are.... well.... Not so fun."

And:

"Love yourself a little extra right now. You're learning, healing, growing, and discovering yourself all at once. It's about to get magical for you."

Channing's ex-wife, Jenna Dewan, is currently expecting a child with theatre actor, Steve Kazee.

Channing and Jenna were married for nine years and share a six-year-old daughter, Everly. They announced their separation in April of 2018 on social media.

"First off, it feels odd that we have to share this kind of thing with everyone, but it’s a consequence of the lives we’ve chosen to lead, which we also happen to be deeply grateful for," the statement read. "We’re living in an incredible moment in time, but it’s also a time where truth can easily get distorted into “alternative facts. So we want to share the truth so you know that if you didn’t read it here then it’s most certainly fiction."

"We have lovingly chosen to separate as a couple," they continued. "We fell deeply in love so many years ago and have had a magical journey together. Absolutely nothing has changed about how much we love one another, but love is a beautiful adventure that is taking us on different paths for now"

"There are no secrets nor salacious events at the root of our decision — just two best-friends realizing it’s time to take some space and help each other live the most joyous, fulfilled lives as possible. We are still a family and will always be loving dedicated parents to Everly. We won’t be commenting beyond this, and we thank you all in advance for respecting our family’s privacy.  Sending lots of love to everyone, Chan&Jenna."
