In an Instagram Story shared on Wednesday (January 17), the 46-year-old rapper and fashion icon - who has become known for his eccentric looks - proudly displayed his unique smile.
But rather than showing off a set of pearly whites, it instead looks like Ye has drawn inspiration from the iconic James Bond villain, Jaws.
Yes, as reportedly by the Daily Mail, West has had his teeth removed and replaced with lavish titanium dentures.
Costing a rumored $850,000, these dentures were exclusively designed by the rapper himself and are said to be "more expensive than diamonds."
The dental procedure - which is unique to the 'Famous' rapper - was carried out by Dr. Thomas Connelly in Beverly Hills, with assistance from Naoki Hayashi, Master Dental Technician. Dr. Connelly expressed his admiration for working with West, telling the Mail: "Ye was a pleasure to work with every step of the process.
"His vision for designing unique art transcends the dental progression. The marriage of his vision with dental science has created a new look that is epic."
West even acknowledged the fact that he now resembles Bond villain Jaws by sharing a Google search of the character to his Story.
This isn't the first time Kanye West has made headlines for his dental choices. Back in 2010, he revealed sparkling diamond and gold implants on the Ellen DeGeneres show, claiming they had replaced his entire bottom row of teeth. When asked about it, West explained: "I just thought that diamonds were cooler" - and insisted that he asked the dentist to remove his original bottom row of teeth and replace them with the dazzling implants.
