Science has spoken and apparently, there's a 'perfect body' that can be achieved.
In fact, a model was once named as the woman who possessed the perfect figure, according to scientists at the University of Texas.
The study revealed that there was a female body type which people of all genders were lackadaisical about in particular.
Apparently, the 2005 study found that this body belonged to actress and model Kelly Brook, who was named as the woman with the world's most scientifically perfect body.
The Brit started her career as a Page 3 topless model in English tabloids before appearing in several films over the years, as well as several reality shows such as Strictly Come Dancing, Britain's Got Talent, and I'm a Celebrity...Get Me Out of Here!
But what makes her qualified to have the perfect body?
According to the researchers, the ideal female - physically speaking - has a height of 1.68 meters (5 feet, 5 inches).
In addition, it also has a bust, weight, and waist-to-hip ratio that measures 99 x 63 x 91 cm (39 x 24 x 36 in), which is reportedly what Brook measured at the time of the study.
While there is no such thing as the 'perfect body', the scientists at the University of Texas released pages of explanations and data to back up their claims.
Despite Brook being considered to have the 'world's most scientifically beautiful body,' the model has opened up about the abuse she has received over the years about her body.
Brook, real name Kelly Ann Parsons, went viral for all the wrong reasons after posting a photo of herself in a bikini in the summer of 2017, with some rude social media users hurling insults at her.
Some called her 'fat' and compared her to a 'whale', but the actress expertly hit back at the haters, saying on Twitter: "I have lovely smart people follow me on social media who I like talking with! I will not let the negativity of a few stop me sharing."
The title went to Brook despite many believing that models with thinner, taller builds might be considered, but all the scientific discovery reiterates is that you don't have to fit the stereotype to be 'beautiful'.
But this was over 10 years ago - what does Brook look like now?
Last week, it was revealed that Brook would be part of a new lingerie campaign for Next, with the department store rolling out its new fuller-bust lingerie range, for which she was the ambassador.
Speaking in a video promoting the new line, the 46-year-old explained: "For me, lingerie has never been about perfection,
"It's confidence, embracing your body, and feeling amazing in it, it's feminine, empowering, effortless, and completely your own."
"Can’t believe I still get to do this in all my Glory," she said in a post of the photoshoot on Instagram.
Brook celebrated her fourth wedding anniversary in July, having tied the knot with Jeremy Parisi back in 2022.
