We all know the deal with Khloé Kardashian and Tristan Thompson by now.
They got together in 2016, announced they were starting a family in 2017, had baby True in 2018 (amid news reports that Tristan had cheated on Khloé just days before the birth), and finally parted ways in 2019 (again after a cheating scandal, this time between Tristan and Kylie Jenner's BFF, Jordyn Woods).
It was all a bit messy, to say the least.
But this isn't the first time that Khloé has had a relationship fall apart due to infidelity. Between 2009 and 2016, she was married to Lamar Odom, but things went sour after he cheated on her.
Not only was Khloé unlucky in winding up with two cheaters, though - the guys she fell for also had something else in common: they were both basketball players.

Now, we're not saying the two things are linked, but it does almost seem like Khloé has a type. So, whenever she embarks on her next relationship (and we're not trying to rush you here, Khlo) maaaybe she should try dating someone outside of the NBA?
And we're not the only ones to say that, either: Jimmy Kimmel thinks so too. Unfortunately, he brought up the issue directly with Khloé, and she clearly wasn't too impressed by it.
You can watch the awkward interaction here:"I do want to ask about this character that you had a baby with," Jimmy said. "Is it time to stop dating basketball players?"
At first, Khloé didn't really know what to say.
"I don't know, you know," she said. "I like what I like. What can I say?"
Then, Jimmy dragged the ordeal on a little further, asking: "Do you like basketball?" And then, when Khloé said she did, added: "Do you, like, love it? Do you ever play?"
"I don’t play basketball," Khloé replied, obviously doing her best to stay polite. "I just like to observe basketball games. It's the whole thing of it all."
However, she did go on to concede that maybe she should expand her dating pool beyond tall guys in shorts: "I do agree, I should probably listen to my MJ, my grandmother, I should probably start to date accountants or something like that."

So, while she eventually answered the question, it seemed like Khloé wasn't too keen on the line of questioning. And, on that note, here's a little tip for Mr. Kimmel: in future, maybe don't trivially challenge your guests on their recent breakups, especially if it's clearly still a big deal for them.
