Kim Kardashian has been targeted by trolls who claim that she has "six toes", after new pictures emerged.

After appearing on the red carpet at the American Influencer Awards, the Keeping Up With The Kardashians star faced accusations of having an extra toe. Wearing open toed shoes, Kim's feet were on show for all to see, and fans quickly took to social media to point out her so called "sixth toe".

One person took to Twitter to write "U really have 6 toes on both feet LMAOO You’re not human at all", while another corroborated "Why am I seeing 6 toes???"

"It's 12 midnight and here I am wondering on why Kim's foot doesn't fit on her thousand dollars heels? Big toe why u coming out?" another queried.

This is not the first time that the Keeping Up With The Kardashians star has been slammed over a picture.

Earlier this year, animal rights groups have accused the aspiring lawyer of animal cruelty. Kim took to Instagram to post some snaps of her recent trip to Bali. She claimed to be at an "amazing animal sanctuary", and the images show her touching an elephant's trunk, while a man rode the elephant. The mother-of-three's followers were quick to point out that such a thing would be a big no-not at a real sanctuary, and that she was "cruel" for endorsing this behaviour.

"Missing Bali! and the amazing elephant sanctuary," she captioned the pictures.

The backlash was swift. "Such ignorance and such a lack of care. Doesn’t she understand the cruelty inflicted on these poor elephants in order for her inane photo shoot. Pathetic," wrote Downton Abbey actor, Peter Egan, while another Instagram user corroborated "Except sanctuaries don’t ride their animals cause it’s cruel. Or tie them up with ropes."
