Kim Kardashian reveals how she changed her diet to help her lose 20 pounds

Ah, the Kardashians. Reality TV royalty, taking up at least 30 percent of internet traffic at any given time; unless you completely cut yourself off from technology, you're probably going to hear something in passing about one of them, and you're just going to have to deal with that.

Besides doing everything and anything for social media approval, the one thing that all the Kardashians are all pretty good at is staying in shape. No matter how unrealistic those standards of body perfection might be, the likes of Kylie Jenner as well as Khloé and Kourtney Kardashian all do their utmost to keep eyes on them.

Kim Kardashian's no different. Despite being a mother of three (four, if you count Kanye West), she's managed to keep herself in pretty insane shape, and as arguably the most famous face in the Kardashian Klan, you could say that there's probably more pressure on her than anybody else in that family to do so.

But recently, she's managed to raise her game even further.

Check out Kim Kardashian and her new look. Those of you with an idea of her curvy body might be surprised to see her become even skinner even as the sands of time grow even more coarse. Ignore Kanye West and his tired look of apathy - he's apparently just woken up from a nap - that's pretty impressive, right?

But rather than relying on appetite-suppressing lollipops or anything like that, Kim Kardashian's new look is down to little more than exercise and diet. "I was almost 140 forever and now I’m like 116 and it just feels good,” Kim Kardashian said to People, and has been working out at the crack of dawn six days of week to get this new look.

More importantly, though, she's undergone a bit of a diet change to help her get over the line. While she's still eating tons of salads and taking weird, scantily-clad baking selfies, she explains how her workout regime has helped her be even more disciplined in other areas.

"I don’t really eat sugar the way that I used to. It doesn’t really do it for me. I’ve kind of been trained to just eat a lot healthier than I used to. I used to just eat anything and everything and I loved it. And so I really do control that now... I don’t want to ruin it by just stuffing my face."

But while Kim is pretty happy with her new look, she (and the rest of the family) have been catching serious heat on social media after appearing to praise Kim for her new "anorexic" look, via Instagram stories. One part of the story has Kendall Jenner saying to Kim: "No, I'm really concerned, I don't think you're eating. Like, you look so skinny." "Whaaaaat?! Oh my god, thank you!", says Kim in response, and Twitter wasn't having any of it.

While the reception to Kim's new look hasn't been overwhelmingly positive, you have to admire her ability to keep working hard and shedding the pounds, right?
