Kourtney Kardashian has shown her devotion to her boyfriend, Travis Barker, by re-posting an image of a vial containing his blood.
The photo was first uploaded to Travis' Instagram Story, with no caption providing any further details as to the meaning of the picture.
The Blink-182 drummer, 45, shared a snap of the vial, which had his name and birthdate on it, with his 4.3 million followers on Monday, June 7.

It didn't take long for his reality star girlfriend, 42, to share the photo on her own Instagram Story - again with no explanation. Kourtney did, however, accompany the snap with a black heart emoji.
Despite the lack of context for the posts, it is believed the tube of blood is related to a time where the artist suffered from blood clots in his arm.

Travis was even hospitalized due to his condition back in June 2018 and was unable to perform at Blink-182 gigs. At the time, the band was forced to reschedule their concerts while Travis recovered.
The band explained the decision in a Twitter statement, writing: "Friends, Travis Barker is suffering from blood clots in both arms and unfortunately cannot perform until cleared to do so by his medical team. The situation is being closely monitored.
"Due to this situation, it is with great regret that the blink-182 'Kings of the Weekend' Las Vegas residency dates this weekend must be rescheduled."
Per E! News, Travis added in his own statement: "Drumming is my life and it kills me that I can't perform for you guys this weekend. I hope to be back as soon as I can."
He also told the outlet that he had around "30 [clots] in my right hand and arm and I have about 10 in my left so I'm just waiting for them to clear up. I'm on blood thinners."
By the fall of 2018, Travis had still not fully recovered, and so the concerts were pushed back once more. Thankfully, the musician has been well enough to perform in Blink-182 concerts in the years since his hospitalization.
And a little under three years after his ill health, he started dating the eldest Kardashian sister and the pair appear to be going from strength to strength.
Kourtney and Travis certainly aren't the only high-profile couple to share their deep connection through blood. Last month, Machine Gun Kelly revealed that he wears a necklace containing his girlfriend Megan Fox's blood.
In an interview with Ellen Degeneres, MGK explained the gesture, saying: "She was actually going out of town to film a movie. This was really new in our relationship.
"I didn't have a passport either. So she was going out to Bulgaria, so I was kind of freaking out, like: 'You're gonna leave and I can’t even come see you'. Some people give, like, a handkerchief to their partner or whatever. She gave me her DNA."
And it appears that the two couples, who are good friends, share more in common than their gory gestures - as the four of them were even spotted on a date at a UFC fight.
