Lady Gaga and Michael Polansky spotted with newborn baby after singer wasn't seen 'for weeks'

Lady Gaga and Michael Polansky have been spotted with a newborn baby, sparking rumors they have become parents.
The singer, 40, and her fiancé Polansky, 42, were seen walking together in Northern California as Gaga - real name Stefani Germanotta - had a baby carrier strapped to her chest with a newborn infant inside it.
In the photos, obtained by Page Six, Gaga can be seen wearing loose white trousers and an oversized coat, as well as sunglasses, as she cradled the baby with one arm around the sling.
Polansky looked equally as casual in a hoody, shorts, a baseball cap and flip flops, as they walked with another woman.
The couple, who largely keep their personal life out of the spotlight, have yet to confirm if they have become parents, and their representatives have not yet released a comment.
It comes after Gaga has maintained a low profile in recent months, since wrapping up her Mayhem Ball tour in April.
Though the A Star Is Born actress has not spoken about her journey to parenthood, she has previously been open about her desire to become a mother.
The Grammy winner told the New York Times in March 2025: "I’m excited to be a mom. I used to have a lot of apprehension about it.
"The thing that’s the most important to me is to not force my children to live a life that they are not choosing. So the more that we can give them space to discover who they are on their own, that’s the thing that I believe in the most."
She admitted that she struggled with the thought of motherhood while in a career that has revolved around her for decades, explaining: "I’m also kind of at war with myself sometimes as I get ready to, hopefully, become a mom soon.
"Like, today is wonderful, but the whole day has revolved around me. There’s an incredible amount of narcissism in this."
She also told Rolling Stone last year: "What I want most is to be a mother and I am sure that he will also be a great father. We are so excited about this."
A source told Page Six that Gaga and Polansky have enjoyed a slower pace of life in recent months as the prioritized quality time together.
The insider claimed: "She hasn’t really gotten to have a private life since she was like 22 … she’s been laying low since the tour ended.
"They have an amazing biodome of love. Seems like a really safe place for her."
Her first public appearance in months came with the release of grainy Polaroid photos and a makeup tutorial for her Haus Lab brand shared on Instagram in late August and early September.
Her absence from public life also had her fans wondering whether she and Polansky had married in secret, having previously opened up about wanting to keep her wedding simple.
During an interview with Jimmy Kimmel, she said she had considered "just going to a courthouse just the two of us, and ordering Chinese food."
In March, Gaga also said she would "soon" be marrying the entrepreneur and venture capitalist.
"This was her plan all along, to settle down in her forties," another source said.
