If there was a list of people that you would want to have a fight with Conor McGregor, I imagine Logan Paul would score quite highly on most people's lists. Paul, the YouTuber who made international headlines last year after videoing himself reacting to a dead body in the 'Japanese Suicide Forest,' isn't the most popular man on the planet - with both celebrities and the general public scorning him on social media for his actions.

McGregor, for his part, is popular and, even more than this, he is one of the hardest men in the world. Add into the mix that he's a bit of a loose cannon, and you've got a very dangerous man. But, rather than shirk the idea of jumping into the octagon to fight McGregor, Paul seems to relish the opportunity.

Logan Paul, the YouTuber, is set to fight KSI, the other YouTuber, in a boxing match later this month. The two have been exchanging words ever since KSI knocked out Joe Weller, another YouTuber, in a bout a few months ago.

However, while he may have experience in high school wrestling, Logan is an amateur when it comes to boxing. Despite this, he would relish the opportunity to fight Conor McGregor; the man who holds world title belts at different weights in UFC.

Logan was filmed walking through Los Angeles International Airport with his brother when he expressed his interest in becoming a UFC fighter, saying he doesn't want his career to be "one and done." When asked who he would like to fight in a mixed martial arts arena, the YouTuber said, "Dana White, are you watching this, bro? Pick a fight for me."

Logan's brother Jake Paul is fighting KSI's brother Deji as the undercard to their older brothers' fight, and he chipped in, saying: "I think it'd be dope to see one of us fight McGregor," to which Logan responded, "That's what I was thinking!"

"We've got to prove ourselves first," Logan said.

While it's unlikely that McGregor will want to get involved in the world of YouTube fighting, it wouldn't be the first time he's surprised the fight world with a change of direction in his career. Last August, "The Notorious" MMA fighter fought Floyd "Money" Mayweather in a boxing fight in Las Vegas. The fight was one of the highest grossing boxing matches in history and, despite it being an incredibly boring watch, both fighters went home with over $50 million each.

Conor's jump into the world of boxing appears to have been a one-off, with the purse being the main reason for his transition. Sadly, while Logan may think that he is one of the biggest stars on the planet, his name will not bring in enough money or demand enough respect for McGregor to even consider him an option for his next fight.

But hey, while it's unlikely to happen, we can still dream of McGregor giving Logan a spinning elbow.
