Paris Jackson has revealed that she got an ultrasound after fans raised concerns about her health.
The 28-year-old singer shared updates from a hospital appointment on Saturday (May 16), after followers pointed out what they thought looked unusual in one of her recent posts.
"Getting an ultrasound to check out my lymphs since y’all pointed out how weird my neck looked on my last post," she captioned a video shared to her Instagram Stories.
A few hours later, Jackson admitted the comments had left her panicking about her health and even worrying whether her voice could be affected ahead of upcoming performances.
"A bunch of people pointed out that my neck looks f***ing weird in the last video that I posted. So I’m, like, freaking out. Like, 'Oh, that is weird, crazy.' I have someone come to my rehearsal studio and do an ultrasound on my throat," she explained, cited by PEOPLE.
The 'Bandaid' musician said she had recently undergone blood work and was relieved when the results came back normal.
"My neck just does weird s*** when I talk," she added, saying she went back through older videos and noticed the same thing happening before.
"I think this is just my neck, and y'all are freaking me out, thinking there's something wrong," she said.
The 'Let Down' singer, who is preparing to release her next album, 'Teenage Drama,' explained she has been rehearsing heavily ahead of her appearance at the 2026 BottleRock Napa Valley festival in Napa, California.
"I'm like, 'Is my voice gonna be okay?' I think my throat's weird," she admitted.
In another update, she also shared that the ultrasound found only minor irritation. "I have the slightest amount of redness on my vocal cords, but there's no calluses," she said.
She then explained why the muscles in her neck appear more pronounced on camera.
"The reason my neck looks as weird as it does is just because I have exercised those muscles from singing for so long, and that just happens with singers. It's just more obvious in me because I am skinny," she said.
The latest health scare comes months after the daughter of Michael Jackson and Debbie Rowe spoke candidly about the long-term physical effects of her past substance abuse.
In a TikTok video shared in November 2025, the actress and model revealed she has a perforated septum, describing it as a hole inside her nose caused by previous drug use.
"I have a really loud whistle when I breathe through my nose," she said. "And that is because I have what is called a perforated septum."
She explained the condition is "slightly different from a deviated septum" before adding: "That is from what you think it's from."
Jackson later expanded on the issue in another video, saying she had been dealing with the condition since she was "about" 20 years old, and that it continues to affect her while recording music.
"You have to take pills when you do a surgery that gnarly. And I don’t want to f*** with that," she said of why she has chosen not to undergo corrective surgery.
She also issued a warning to others struggling with addiction. "Don’t do drugs, kids. Or do, I mean, everyone is going to have the experience they need to have with life," she said.
"I'm not going to tell anyone what to do. I don’t recommend it because it ruined my life," she added.
