It seems like yesterday when Meghan Markle got married to Prince Harry, doesn't it?
I can remember the big day so vividly; the celeb guests, the outfits, the vows, the weird moment where a pizza delivery guy rocked up to the event... good times. But although Meghan Markle's wedding seems like yesterday, the latest Royal Wedding actually was yesterday, as Princess Eugenie married Jack Brooksbank at an obviously lavish event.
But even as Meghan Markle takes her place as the second-most-recent addition to the Royal Family, to a certain extent, she managed to steal the show just a little bit. That is, if you believe Twitter's latest theory on Meghan Markle, based on what they thought of her outfit.
Before you ask: yes, the outfit is stunning. Meghan Markle looked chic as all hell in a navy blue dress and coat, but she raised suspicion by buttoning it at the top - which had the added effect of concealing her stomach. As Storm Callum raged throughout the royal festivities, blowing dresses asunder and causing guests to clutch their hats, Markle could have just been cold, but Twitter thinks that this is a sign she's carrying a child.
The internet is still in love with Meghan and Harry's love story, and even though it's becoming more of a stretch to call them newlyweds, we can still speculate about the next (ostensible) step in their blissful married life: kids. And judging by Twitter's reactions, they really, really, want this to happen.
"I stayed up just to see what Meghan Markle is wearing and if she looks pregnant. She’s wore a long blue jacket that she didn’t take off in the Church. Could she be hiding something?" muses Stephanie Sidley, and she's far from the only one applying some serious detective logic to Meghan Markle's wedding outfit.
I don't know, you guys, but this appears to be just a coat. Plenty of people who wear coats aren't pregnant, but of course, this won't be the last people have tried to speculate that the former Suits star is carrying a royal in her belly. Of course, they've got many reasons to be suspicious - not least because Harry and Meghan are reportedly trying.
"They both want a big family, at least three kids," a source said to Us Weekly, so we can probably expect some big news in the coming months, but considering that that news story broke about three days ago, let's give Harry and Meghan a little more time before we accuse them of being three months preggers, shall we?
Meghan Markle's been busy with her cookbook over recent times to maybe be thinking about having a baby, and with a happy life ahead of them, let's all be patient in trying to introduce a new royal baby into the mix. It's going to happen, promise. Let them do it in their own time.
