But it's not just her physical health she's taking seriously, as Graham recently shared a powerful image of her changing body, along with a very important message.

On Sunday, the model shared a naked selfie, taken just below her neck, and shows part of her breast, arm, side, stomach, and thigh, along with some gorgeous stretch marks.

The model captioned the image: "same same but a little different", and after showcasing her stunning pregnant body in all its natural glory, the legions of fans showers the candid nude selfie with praise:
