The Mountain and his "tiny" wife have taken part in a Q&A where they answered the one thing people often question.

The Mountain - whose real name is Hafþór Júlíus Björnsson but often goes by Thor - rose to fame in the hit HBO fantasy series Game of Thrones.

As his character name suggests, he is an incredibly large man standing at 6ft 9 inches.

His wife, Kelsey Henson, on the other hand, appears quite small in comparison, coming in at 5ft 2 inches.

The couple has been together since 2017 and married in October 2018. Thor shared a heartwarming photo from their wedding, where he effortlessly held Henson in his arms.

He expressed his joy, writing: "It is with great pleasure that I now get to call Kelsey Morgan Henson my wife! I get to hold this beautiful woman through thick and thin for the rest of our lives! I'm so excited for all of the future adventures we will tackle side by side."

Given the height difference between him and Henson, fans have often wondered how the couple navigates everyday acts of affection.

During an Instagram Q&A, a fan directly asked Henson: “How do you kiss? Do you jump into his arms every time and wrap your legs around his waist? Please post a picture of this impressive action.”

Her response was simple: “Ah, he bends, I tiptoe. Or just say screw it, pick me up!”

Fortunately, this was a polite question asked by a fan taking part in the Q+A. However, the strongman has revealed that he and his family are often the target of cruel trolls.

Speaking to The Mirror, Thor revealed: “I don’t get people asking me to fight face-to-face but there’s a lot of brave folk on the internet. No one has ever threatened me in real life but on Facebook and Twitter it’s all the time. You just get internet warriors.”

Despite the attention and occasional harsh comments, Björnsson remains unfazed. "People try to be rude against me, my family, my girlfriend, anything.

People like to be mean to people through social media," he shared.

"That’s what people do today. If there’s anything that offends me, especially if it’s towards my family, I just block them. I don’t accept that. I don’t get upset because I like to focus on the positive. I’m the world’s strongest man. What have they achieved?"

And, tragically, their relationship has not been without heartbreak.

In November 2023, the couple faced a devastating loss when their daughter Grace was stillborn at 21 1/2 weeks.

Thor shared the tragic news on Instagram, writing: “After a noticeable decrease in movement, we found out her heart had stopped beating."

He added: "Words cannot describe our pain of this loss or our happiness at being able to spend time with our daughter.

"She is absolutely beautiful, with blonde lashes and brows and a little smile for mom and dad. The love we feel for her is overwhelming. The grief we feel will be with us forever, but so will the love.”

Grace was the couple’s second child. They also have a three-year-old son, Stormur. Thor has an older daughter, Theresa Líf, from a previous relationship.

Back in 2022, Thor went toe to toe with Eddie Hall, formerly the world's strongest man, in a boxing match.

Though both men had predicted a stoppage win, the six-round match didn’t quite live up to the explosive predictions.

Instead, after a hard-fought six rounds, Björnsson was declared the winner by unanimous decision, securing a 57-54 victory on points.
