The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star, 43, took to her Instagram story to share a series of photos and videos of her preparing for her surgery, including one showing her friend helping to shave her long hair off.
The reality star was seen with multiple sensors stuck to her head as she prepared to go into theater with her loved ones around her.
She told her followers: "For the last several weeks I’ve been dealing with severe and debilitating headaches.
"Yesterday the pain was unbearable and required hospitalization. After a CT scan and MRI, doctors found multiple tumors on my brain, which they believe have been growing for at least 6 months."
She added that two of the tumors were set to be surgically removed on Wednesday with the other smaller lesions to be tackled with radiation "at a later date".
Teddi concluded the post by writing: "I am blessed to be surrounded by my children, family, friends, doctors, nurses, and surgeons who are doing everything possible to get me back into better health.
"Thank you to everybody who has reached out, and to everyone who has supported me along this journey."
Teddi revealed she was getting ready for surgery with RHOBH co-star Kyle Richards and singer Morgan Wade on hand to help.
She joked to her followers that her shaved head was "my best look", while appearing to keep her spirits high ahead of the surgery.
Teddi captioned one of her selfies: "Counting down the minutes until my babies get here.
"As my dad said this am, god only gives hard stuff to those of us who can handle it. It’s a hard day but I have faith and amazing surgeons and know everything will be OK."

Teddi shares three children with her husband Edwin Arroyave, and received an outpouring of love and support from her fans in the comments.
The Two Ts in a Pod co-host has been open about her health struggles in recent years, having been diagnosed with stage 2 melanoma in October 2022.
She revealed that she had a large patch on her back for most of her life, but decided to get it checked after her friends became worried about it.
It was then discovered to be skin cancer, and Teddi has undergone at least 16 surgeries to have it removed in the last two and a half years.
She revealed in December 2024 that she'd had her first three-month skin check-up in which the doctors hadn't found "anything abnormal".
We wish Teddi a swift recovery from her latest surgery.
