Gwyneth Paltrow is continuing to prove that she can command attention wherever she goes - whether it's on the big screen or in a courtroom in Utah.

The trial between the Marvel star and fellow skier Dr. Terry Sanderson may not have as much on the line as last year's Depp vs. Heard trial - but that doesn't mean that it isn't making for compelling viewing.

Dr. Sanderson is suing the 50-year-old Shakespeare in Love star for $300,000 after he claims he was left with four broken ribs and a brain injury after the two collided on a ski slope at the Deer Valley Resort in 2016.

According to the optometrist's filing, "Gwyneth Paltrow skied out of control [...] knocking [Sanderson] down hard, knocking him out, and causing a brain injury, four broken ribs and other serious injuries. Paltrow got up, turned, and skied away, leaving Sanderson stunned, lying in the snow, seriously injured."

Dr. Sanderson and his legal team say that he has been left brain-damaged by the collision, which he says has caused him to experience concussions and changes in his mood and personality.

In response, Paltrow is countersuing Sanderson for a symbolic $1 (and the cost of legal fees), stating that the collision was "categorically" the optometrist's fault.

And although this trial focuses on a very serious matter and injury allegations, Paltrow has provided some truly "meme-worthy" moments that has left social media buzzing.

Some people love her. Some people hate her. And some people are making memes.

Here are just a few examples of Paltrow's best moments so far.

There's the moment when Dr. Sanderson's lawyer, Kristin VanOrman, questioned Paltrow's claims that her client had "deterred [her] from enjoying the rest of what was a very expensive vacation". To which, Paltrow replied calmly: "Well, I lost half a day of skiing."

Then there was the moment when Paltrow testified: "Mr. Sanderson categorically hit me on that ski slope and that is the truth," to which, VanOrman responded: "And I’m sure that that’s what you believe."

"Because it’s the truth," Paltrow swiftly hit back.

And nobody will quickly forget the moment VanOrman tells the judge that Paltrow had "lied under oath a number of times" while on the stand, which caused the actor to make the best "Surprised Pikachu meme" face I've ever seen on a person - check it out below:

But that didn't stop Paltrow from holding court and complimenting VanOrman on her high heels:

Naturally, Paltrow's behavior, facial expressions, and blasé delivery has become a talking point on social media, with some fans adoring her.

"I’m sorry but in this country if Gwyneth Paltrow runs you over on a ski slope you say 'Thank you' and move on with your life," one person tweeted.

A second added: "This f***ing video of Gwyneth Paltrow at her court trial is sending me" (check it out below).

"Cast Gwyneth Paltrow on a housewives franchise immediately," another joked.

And this social media user couldn't get enough of the actor's "resting b***h face" as allegations were made about her:

However, not everybody was impressed with the star's expressions and behavior in court.

"#GwynethPaltrow comes across as pretentious and arrogant. It’s like she can’t even help herself. Ironically her lawyer isn’t much better. What a dream team," one Twitter user wrote.

A second echoed this, writing: "By now I don’t even care if she bumped into him or not - her attitude is p***ing me off so much #GwynethPaltrowtrial".

Nevertheless, many other Twitter users did what they do best and made some truly hilarious memes:
