There's no shortage of love for Chris Evans online.
Whether he's wearing a latex suit as Captain America or a cable-knit jumper in Knives Out, fans of the actor always find something to fawn over.
Now, social media users have latched on to another of the star's features to obsess over - his voice.
Despite being born and raised in Boston, Evans tends to affect a more neutral American accent in his on-screen roles and interviews.
However, at the premiere of his latest movie Lightyear - in which he provides the voice for the iconic Disney Pixar character Buzz Lightyear - Evans let his native accent slip out.
The Marvel star was chatting to a reporter on the red carpet about his facial hair when his Boston twang made an appearance. Evans sported a full beard and mustache for the event, as well as sunglasses and a patterned shirt. The Access Hollywood reporter couldn't resist asking him about his look.
"I’ve been asking everyone here today…the mustache, without the mustache?" they said.
The Marvel star responded: "Alright, what do you prefer? Moustache or no moustache? Be honest. Be honest."
As he pronounced the words "mustache" and "honest", Evans' Boston accent made an unmistakable appearance. Fans were quick to latch onto the moment, which has since been widely shared across social media.
One Twitter user posted a clip of the exchange, captioning it simply: "jesus..."
"Hearing chris evans’ boston accent come out makes me.. feel things," another wrote, while a third tweeted: "Okay i was not prepared to be absolutely obliterated by chris evans’ boston accent today."
Others admitted that since hearing the Boston twang in Evans' voice, they hadn't been able to get him out of their minds.
"That clip of chris evans saying 'be honest' with a heavy boston accent is at the forefront of my mind at all times," one fan tweeted. Another agreed, claiming: "I have watched that interview clip of Chris Evans flirting and asking 'mustache or no mustache, be honest' in his boston accent AT LEAST FIFTEEN TIMES IN THE LAST FIVE MINUTES."
Lightyear hits movie theaters on June 17.
