The world is officially on the edge of its seat, waiting for Avengers: Endgame to hit screens on Thursday. But, as we can't see the film yet, we all might as well check out a picture of Thanos' bare bottom.
This sentiment seemed to sum up Josh Brolin's thoughts yesterday when he uploaded a picture of his character completely naked to social media.

"Before the armor, a shower. #washingavengerscumoff#powerliftingantmansquish#APRIL26SPOILER," he wrote in the caption.
The raunchy image caused a ripple effect online, with hundreds of Brolin's followers taking to the comment section to have their say.
Instagrammer @kai_lenny found the whole thing hilarious, writing: "Buns of steal that’ll steal yo gurl, your friends and oh yea half the universe lol #andstill??". [sic]
Danish model Helena Christensen was also rather taken with Thanos' backside, commenting "A very peachy lil behind ?"[sic], while @7billionmovement added: "Those squats are really paying off."
Meanwhile, other fans used the unanticipated post as a chance to refer to the now-infamous 'Thanus' theory.
In case you somehow didn't fall down this particular internet rabbit hole, the 'Thanus' is the idea that Avengers: Endgame will see Ant-Man defeat Thanos by shrinking down and crawling into his butt, before expanding to regular size.
You can see why Avengers fans jumped at the chance to refer back to it.
Kevin McCarthy was all about the 'Thanus' theory, writing: "Hahahahahahahaha! Wait, did the @therussobrothers give you permission to release the final shot of Endgame?! ? #thANUS". [sic]
He was joined by Instagrammer @j.d.mcphillips who joked: "Ant Man's gonna have fun busting those cheeks open". [sic]
So, is Brolin's post secretly confirming that the upcoming film will end with the 'Thanus'? Umm, as epic - and disgusting - as it would be, probably not.

"I think I know the theory you’re talking about," he said, laughing. "Yeah, a lot of people have asked me recently if I shrink down and go up, uh, the theory is called the ‘Thanus’. And go into Thanos in a certain orifice and then grow giant-sized. But why not the ear or the nose? Why does it have to be [that]?"
It's not the first post Brolin has made about Thanos' butt either; he seemed all up for Ant-Man coming for him when he posted a video of himself on the toilet back in March.
"The tension around what Endgame is going to bring. I can feel it, as you can see. Can you?" he wrote on Instagram, adding the hashtags #thanosmarketingpush, #flushanantman, and #50percenthernia.
