When you're a Hollywood actor, one of the best perks that nobody ever tells you about is getting to be able to take home props from the movies you've been in.

As you can imagine, some of the props that actors playing supervillains or superheroes in the Marvel Cinematic Universe are pretty damn cool, and so anyone would want to take them home.

In fact, this week the wife of Thor actor Chris Hemsworth revealed that her spouse can't help but take home the hammers his character uses. In fact, they actually often argue about them!

In a recent episode of the Australian radio show Fitzy & Wippa, radio host Michael ‘Wippa’ Wipfli stated that Hemsworth had once told him that he wanted Mjolnir (the magical weapon wielded by the Norse God of Thunder) placed on display on the couple's dining room table.

But then Hemsworth's wife Elsa Pataky revealed that she'd actually banned Hemsworth from bringing his hammers into the house because their home was getting too cluttered.

Pataky stated: "Yes, he always picks the best places in the house, and I'm like: 'No, it's not going there. We have five of them for every movie he’s done. Like, seriously, no."

Per The Metro, Elsa has recently opened up about how she feels that her brother in law Liam Hemsworth deserves more from his next relationship, following his split from Miley Cyrus.

Elsa supposedly told press at the Madrid launch of Women’s Secret’s KissMas Time range that: "‘My brother in law [Liam], well, after a relationship where he dedicated 10 years, he’s discouraged … but he’s taking it well. He’s a strong guy and he deserves the best. I think he deserves much more."
