If you're a big fan of binge-watching TV, you've probably fantasized about the only thing that could possibly make the experience even better: getting paid to do it.
It might sound like nothing more than a crazy pipe dream. But, as it turns out, it's actually a lot more attainable than you might think.
That's right: a certain company is now offering some lucky super-fan of Grey's Anatomy a whopping sum of $1000 to binge-watch every episode of the hospital drama.
Yes, NiceRX is looking for the right candidate to view all 380 episodes of the 17 seasons (and counting) of Grey's Anatomy and take notes while they do so.
What's the catch? Well, according to NiceRX's recent press release, you'll have to keep a tally while watching, measuring who has saved the most lives since the show's premiere back in 2005; Dr. Meredith Grey or Dr. Miranda Bailey.
In addition to the aforementioned cash prize, the successful candidate who completes the task will also get a full box set of the show, a personalized Cameo message from Dr. Richard Webber himself.
They'll also receive a year's paid subscription to Netflix, so you can keep up your binge-watching habits.
As the press release states: "If the thought of getting paid to spend a summer curled up on the sofa with the staff at Grey-Sloan Memorial Hospital sounds like a dream come true, apply now, and tell us why you fit the bill!
"To enter, all you need to do is explain in 200 words why you feel you're America's biggest Grey's Anatomy fan."
Sadly, the scheme is only looking for applicants who live in the United States, so if you live abroad, I'm afraid you won't be eligible to apply. You also have to be at least 18 years old to enter.
The closing date for applications is Monday, August 23, 2021. So if you think that you'd be perfect for this role, then please check out the following link to apply.
