Can you believe we only have four episodes of Game of Thrones left?
Sunday night's instalment of the hit HBO show really got us riled up, focusing entirely on the Winterfell story line, with not even a moment spared for the characters of King's Landing. But while everyone seems ready to face the horrifying army of White Walkers and wights, the final scene, with the Night King sitting on his intimidating steed, proved to be especially ominous.
Now, in the teaser trailer for the third episode, we're given a few clues about what will take place. We see Jon, Dany, Sansa, Brienne, Arya and others preparing for battle. And although there's not much dialogue, one line in particular caught the attention of an observant fan.
It was Daenerys' urgent warning to Jon: "The dead are already here."
See if you can spot the clues in the chilling trailer for episode three:"That line happens between Dany and Jon, and felt super significant - but we already see the army of the dead, felt it was too obvious to be their reaction to them," the viewer explained on Reddit.
"Then it clicked: The crypt is full of dead people. All episode they keep repeating and emphasizing how safe it was in the crypt, but its GOT and we cannot have nice things. So is it possible we have old Starks rising from the crypts? Or is that too far fetched?PLUS we saw in multiple previews Arya fighting in the crypts with her new weapon..."
The fan argues that we've already seen the Night King's army approaching, so that's probably not what Dany's referring to. Instead, they suggest it might be confirmation of a popular story; that the dead of Winterfell's crypts will rise as wights - and yes, that means all the many deceased Starks.
Pretty terrifying stuff, right?
In related news, people think that GoT veteran, Jason Momoa, may be making a return to the show.
The actor took to YouTube last week, to share a video of him shaving his beard to promote water in aluminium cans as an environmentally friendly alternative to plastic bottles
"I’m SHAVING this beast off, It’s time to make a change. A change for the better ... for my kids, your kids, the world. Let’s make a positive change for the health of our planet. Let’s clean up our oceans, our land. Join me on this journey. Let’s make the switch to infinitely recyclable aluminium," he captioned the clip.
Check out the footage of Jason shaving his beard off below:And as he shaved his facial hair, the 39-year-old proclaimed "Goodbye Drogo, goodbye Arthur Curry, goodbye Declan!"
But despite bidding adieu to a slew of his bearded characters, people have cause to speculate that there's more to his goodbye to Game of Thrones' Khal Drogo.
While he hasn't appeared as the Dothraki leader since the show's first season - when he died at the hands of his wife, Daenerys - the fact that Momoa chose to keep the character's signature look may be evidence that Drogo makes an appearance in the final seres of the hit HBO television series.
Well, there's certainly plenty to look forward to!
