The twins who played the adorable Emma Geller-Greene in the hit sitcom Friends are now all grown up.

Fans of the show will, of course, remember the arrival of baby Emma at the end of season eight - the product of a one-night fling between Ross and Rachel.

Emma's birth featured in the episode 'The One Where Rachel Has A Baby, Part 2', all the way back on May 16, 2002 (feel old yet?)

Throughout seasons 9 and 10, Emma was played by twins Cali and Noelle Sheldon. Altogether, the appears in eight episodes of the hit sitcom between 2003 and 2004.

And fans will be happy to know that the talented sisters are still acting - and even appeared in one of the biggest horror movies of the last decade!

The duo, who are now 21 years old, have been updating their fans via their Instagram pages - with many commenters still addressing them both as Emma.

But despite being a huge part of one of the biggest sitcoms in television history, Cali recently responded to a fan who asked if they remembered anything about their time on the set. Responding in an Instagram Story, Cali replied: "Nope sadly I can't remember anything, and we haven't seen anyone since [...] hopefully one day we will though."

The twins - who both attend UCLA - have also continued acting. Perhaps their most high-profile role to date was in Jordan Peele's psychological thriller Us back in 2019. In the movie, Noelle and Cali played twins Becca Tyler/Io and Lindsey Tyler/Nix.

But don't worry, Friends fans, because the twins still have a special place in their hearts for their first role as Emma, and frequently delight their thousands of Instagram followers with glimpses from their time on the show.

For example, you may remember the season 10 episode titled 'The One With The Cake', in which Ross and Rachel celebrate Emma's first birthday - but much to Monica and Chandler's annoyance, she ends up napping through most of it. This leads to Chandler joking in a home video: "Hi Emma, it's the year 2020. Are you still enjoying your nap?"

In response, when 2020 hit, Noelle shared a photo of her holding a Central Perk coffee mug, along with the caption: "Just woke up from the best nap of all time, happy 2020!! (ft. my poorly done photoshop) Hope everyone has an excellent year full of family, friends, and laughter!!"

The twins also paid a visit to the Hollywood Walk of Fame, where they got a photo next to Jennifer Aniston's star - who, of course, played their mom Rachel Greene on the show. "We found the coolest star," Noelle captioned the post.

In an interview with Access Hollywood in 2020, the twins also revealed that they weren't allowed to watch any episodes of the hit sitcom until the reached middle school -- so they never knew just "how big of a thing" the show was when they were growing up.

"But once all our friends started watching it, people started being like, 'Oh my gosh, you're Emma!'" Cali recalled.

The twins also shared that they believe Ross, Rachel, and Emma would be living as a "happy family" if the show continued.
