There's just about a month and a half to go until October 31st and in an act of early celebration of the spooky holiday, Netflix is treating its viewers to an entire category dedicated to Halloween. Very appropriately named, 'Netflix and Chills', the new category will be offering a number of different films and TV series, both old and new, comicbook.com reports.
Check out this promo Netflix released for its brand new Halloween category, Netflix and Chills:Be prepared for cult classics such as The Blair Witch Project, Pet Sematary Poltergeist, The Silence of the Lambs, Carrie, The Sixth Sense and The Shining. Plus you will also have new-ish films such as The Conjuring, Mother!, Insidious and Get Out. And even horror comedies such as Scary Movie 2 are being included on the list.
The 'Most terrifying movie of 2017', It Comes At Night, is now available on Netflix:And also included in the category are the following series: The Haunting of Hill House, Chilling Adventures of Sabrina, Stranger Things and American Horror Story.
And given how popular Netflix originals have become in recent years, the streaming giant will, of course, be including some brand new content on Netflix and Chills.
These include Stephen King and Joe Hill's In the Tall Grass, In the Shadow of the Moon, Fractured, Eli, and Rattlesnake.

The movie stars Michael C. Hall and Boyd Holbrook, is set in 1988 and centres around a Philadelphia police officer who "doggedly hunts a serial killer whose crimes seemingly follow no pattern, but he hasn't considered how far the repercussions of this hunt may go."
