Netflix's The Ranch is set to make its long-awaited return with the series' final 10 episodes on January 24, bringing the sitcom to a close, TV Line reports.

That means fans of the Colorado-based show, starring Ashton Kutcher, will only have to wait until next month to feast their eyes on 'Part 8' of the fourth and final season.

Set in the present day in a ranch just outside Denver, the series centers around Colt Barrett (Ashton Kutcher) and his return home after a short stint as semi-pro football player to help run the family ranching business with his dad (Sam Elliott) and mom (Debra Winger). Elisha Cuthbert also stars as Colt’s fianceé Abby.

That '70s Show actor Danny Masterson had previously portrayed the role of Colt's older brother Rooster, but his role was ultimately terminated by Netflix following a string of sexual assault allegations.

His character Rooster was killed off in a motorcycle accident which ended up changing the course of the series in Part 6.

The character was then 'replaced' by Kutcher’s former Punk’d cohort Dax Shepard, who joined the show as the family's estranged cousin Luke Matthews.

The Ranch, which was created by Don Reo and Jim Patterson, was the very first comedy series produced by Netflix and in addition to that was the first to create 20-episode seasons for multi-camera series split into two half-seasons.

It was back in June that Netflix announced that The Ranch would end after Part 8. Having reached the impressive 80-episode mark, it is now the streaming giant's longest-running multi-camera comedy, even surpassing the likes of Full House reboot Fuller House, which will bring its fifth and final season with 75 episodes.

Part 7 of the final season premiered on September 13. Filming of Part 8 has finished and will premiere on January 24.
