People are realizing that Professor Snape is the only 'Harry Potter' character to never change his clothes
The enduring magic of Harry Potter shows no signs of being dimmed any time soon. And even more than 20 years after the first book was released, we're still learning new things about the wizarding world.
Many of us who grew up with the Potter books still re-watch the movies endlessly, re-read the books at least once a year and find time to visit the countless theme parks, attractions and studio tours that are on offer for avid fans of the boy wizard.
As such, it might be tempting to assume that there's nothing left for us to discover about the Potter franchise. However, the ingenuity of fans knows no bounds and Easter eggs are still being found even to this day.

Yes, even after all these years, Harry Potter stills finds way to confound us all.
Indeed, just recently another surprising revelation was made, after it emerged that Professor Snape is the only character in the movies whose costume never changes.
Yes, Snape's characteristic pitch black robes remain a constant throughout the series - his costume even stays the same when he appears to have moved back into Lord Voldemort's inner circle.
Speaking to HelloGiggles, costume designer Jany Temime explains why.

"I never changed Professor Snape," she said. "I used the Professor Snape costume and I remade it. I made another cape. I always kept Professor Snape [as he was], because I thought it was a great costume."
Temime joined the franchise for Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkhaban (the third movie) and though she did alter some of the previous outfits, Snape's stayed largely the same.

"It was perfect," Temime explained. "When something is perfect you cannot change it. Why should you change it? It was him. And he never changes, Professor Snape. He's the sort of guy who goes to bed in his costume. Bless him, Alan Rickman."
