This year marks the 25th anniversary of Friends, and now fans and cast members alike have been paying tribute to one of the best loved and most iconic sitcoms of all time. This week, Jennifer Aniston commemorated the occasion by making her inaugural Instagram post: a selfie with her fellow former castmates: Matthew Perry, David Schwimmer, Matt LeBlanc, Lisa Kudrow and Courtney Cox.
But that's not all she's done. This week, Jen was reunited with Reece Witherspoon, and the two actresses were convinced to re-enact one of the scenes that their characters shared together on the show.
In the show, Witherspoon played Jill Green, the spoiled and airheaded sister of Jennifer Aniston's character Rachel. When Jill comes back into Rachel's life, her character serves to underscore just how much character development Rachel underwent since the first season of the show.

[sic]"
Commenting on the possibility of a movie, or of any kind of follow-up to the original series, Aniston stated: "Our producers wouldn't want it, wouldn't let us. Look, it's not been without our desire to, because our fans have wanted it so much ... It would have been fun. We could have redesigned it for a couple of episodes. But whatever. Maybe it's better this way, but we'll never know."
