Target is selling a 16-piece Harry Potter dining set for every Hogwarts house
One of the best parts of the Harry Potter books, or the movies for that matter, were the scenes set in the Great Hall where the wizarding pupils tucked into one of the many mouthwatering Hogwarts school feasts.
Author J.K. Rowling definitely had something of a flair for writing vivid descriptions of Harry, Ron, and Hermione tucking into dish after succulent dish of roast beef, roast potatoes, Yorkshire pudding, cauliflower cheese, and Brussel sprouts.
Check out this magical throwback to Emma and Rupert in an interview back in 2001:
So if you'd like to dine just like a Hogwarts pupil, then I have good news for you: the retailer Target is selling an incredible 16-piece Harry Potter dining set, with cutlery and crockery for all four of the Hogwarts school houses.
Although the food won't magically appear in front of you or be prepared in the kitchens by a team of house elves, you can still eat the way the Sorting Hat intended, all for the relatively low price of just $79 per set.
All you Harry Potter fans out there have a choice between the Gryffindor, Ravenclaw, Hufflepuff or Slytherin houses, and each gorgeous porcelain dining set includes four 10.5-inch plates, four 7.5-inch plates, four medium bowls, and four mugs.
Each house’s mascot and colors are proudly displayed on all 16 pieces, so you can show off your devotion to your house. Don't worry though: they still work with muggle technology, meaning that they're microwave and dishwasher safe.
On Target's official store, the item description states: "Bring the Wizarding World of Harry Potter into the kitchen! Express your love of Hogwarts with coffee mugs, storage jars, dinner plates and more!"
It continues: "Whether your loyalty belongs to House Gryffindor, Hufflepuff, Ravenclaw, or Slytherin, this stylish Harry Potter kitchenware collection from Se7en20 is sure to make any meal magical!"

So there you have it: if you're looking for the perfect wedding or housewarming present for a major HP fan, then you could do a lot worse than picking them up this very gift. You know it makes sense!
