There's good news for Peaky Blinders fans, as the BBC has just graced us with a trailer for the newest season of the hit show.

And season five certainly won't be the last we see of the Peaky Blinders gang, either. In fact, Steven Knight, creator of Peaky Blinders, has revealed that he has plans for seven seasons in total.

Watch the new season's trailer below:

Steven Knight has big plans for Tommy Shelby, too. He's revealed that he anticipates to end the series with World War II and a full show of redemption for the show's main characters.

But let's not get ahead of ourselves. Before all of that, we have to gear up for season five first because there are big things in store here as well. Not only will Sam Claflin star as facist leader Oswald Mosley, but we'll get to see all the juicy turmoil following the 1929 financial crash.

The BBC iPlayer account tweeted a clip of the trailer with the caption: "Power comes at a price. Get ready for the new series of Peaky Blinders, coming soon to BBC One and BBC iPlayer."

Prior to that, the same account announced that they're putting every previous episode back up to gear up for the upcoming season. "By order of the Peaky Blinders, we just dropped every single episode back onto BBC iPlayer (Superfans might want to keep a VERY close eye on this trailer…)," the tweet was captioned.

Evidently, there's new clips from season 5 sprinkled throughout:

While there's no word on when exactly the series will air, the BBC has promised fans that it's coming soon. Just ambiguous enough. If you need me, I'll be waiting here on my couch until further notice.
