Warning: This post will contain spoilers from Sunday night's Game of Thrones...

Last night's episode of Game of Thrones was not just the penultimate episode of the season, but it was the penultimate episode of the entire show. With so little time to pay off the journey we've all been on since 2011, they've been going all out with extra-long, extra-expensive episodes that more than show off their budget.

Check out the preview for next week's final episode:

Now that we're getting closer to the end, not everyone is happy. In fact, there are a significant portion of the fanbase who are feeling a little conflicted over how the show has turned out so far. Beyond those complicated feelings, however, there's something far more simple that we can all get behind: the memes.

Usually, quick-witted Twitter users provide some hilarious jokes and reactions to the last episode to be aired, and this week is no different. Check some of them out below (spoilers, obviously):

Varys placed his bets well

And set out to spread the good word

Fans hated to see him go

Tyrion's ideas were a little more left-field

Everyone was getting scared of Daenerys

Jaime Lannister: master of disguise

A tiny huge mistake

Cersei sneaking by

Dany doesn't hold back

It went way too far for some

Now what?

Missandei looking down on this mess

Cleganebowl wasn't easy

It seemed like a good idea at the time

Not an ideal victory

Your Uber is here

Old town road

Best to temper your expectations

Sansa will have some words for Jon

But he knows (too late)

Drogon did his best

Daenerys on the other hand...

Where are Cersei's elephants!!

Bran got his HBO subscription

We're never all going to agree on what makes a great Game of Thrones episode, and the debate over the next week's episode is sure to go on for a long time. Saying that - the memes will always be great, and Twitter reactions will always be a fun place to turn to the morning after.
