Things aren't looking great for Gypsy Rose Blanchard and her estranged husband Ryan Anderson amid their divorce proceedings.

Three days after she filed for divorce, the 32-year-old (who tied the knot with Ryan in July 2022) has officially requested a temporary restraining order against her estranged husband, per court documents obtained by People.

As part of the divorce, Gypsy Rose is also asking for spousal interim and long-term spousal support.

The former inmate, who was released from a Missouri prison in December 2023, married Ryan while she was still incarcerated after she was found guilty of the second-degree murder of her mother Clauddine "Dee Dee" Blanchard.

In court documents, Gypsy Rose said she is "in need and the defendant has ability to pay," explaining that she "is not at fault for the dissolution of the marriage."

According to the filing, she is also asking the court to deny spousal support to her 37-year-old ex.

Gypsy Rose's filing comes about a fortnight after she made her separation from the special education teacher public, sharing on her Facebook account on March 28, "I moved [into] my parents home down the bayou."

Just days later, Gypsy Rose was seen holding hands with her former fiancé Ken Urker while out shopping at Dollar General.

However, she has denied rumors that she is back with Ken, who she was engaged to before she started seeing Ryan.

"We have not had any intimacy," Ken shared in a TikTok Live on April 3. "We're just hanging out as friends. That's all it is."

"They are not back together," Urker's mother, Raina William, doubled down to People. "They're very cool. Ken is just being a supportive friend to her and that's it."

"I think she's a sweet girl," Williams later added. "I think she's made her mistakes and she's trying to learn from them like anyone else. And I care a lot for Gypsy and I want to see good things happen for her."

Ryan has now spoken out about the sudden separation, telling the Daily Mail: “I’m not doing well with it. For me, it just came out of the blue.”

He also spoke of his shock when Gypsy Rose was spotted in Louisiana with Ken. “I had no idea she still had such strong feelings for him,” he told the outlet.

In other news, Gypsy Rose has revealed that she will be undergoing cosmetic surgery.

In a statement, Blanchard shared: "I’m going through a personal transformation journey currently and that includes a physical one, too. Wish me luck with my surgery and watch the whole thing this summer on Gypsy Rose: Life After Lock Up."
