It's no secret as to what used to go on at the Playboy Mansion, but now Hugh Hefner's ex-girlfriends have laid bare their sordid experiences on a recent podcast.

Speaking to Heather McDonald on her Juicy Scoop podcast, Holly Madison and Bridget Marquardt spoke about their time as Hefner's "main girlfriends" and the exploitative nature of their relationships with him.

The two women, who were in a relationship with Hefner during the early 00s, alleged that they were often coerced into group orgies with the magazine magnate.

"I was still just gonna watch and then [one of the other Playmates] was like, 'Aren’t you gonna go?' It was like, 'You need to go.' And I was like, 'I would rather not.' And she's like, 'Well, then you probably won't be invited back,'" Marquardt said. She then added that the orgies ended up being "a 10-second thing [...] definitely no more than a minute."

Sadly, Marquardt revealed that she has attempted to "block out" the memories of her time participating in the group sexual encounters, and that she usually wanted the experience to be over "as quickly as possible."

The 48-year-old Oregon native also spoke on her misgivings surrounding the cleanliness aspect of Hefner's orgies: "You were hoping everyone's in the same situation, and there is a doctor on staff. You're hoping everybody is being checked out, and everybody is being — I say this in quotes — 'monogamous' to that relationship, but you don't know."

Marquardt then stated that the only way around this was to ensure that she went first in the orgy: "If there's new girls coming up, which there often were, like, I just wanted to be first and be done. And I felt like that was the cleanest way."

The shocking details of the events that occurred in the horrifying harem were first properly revealed in a 10-part A and E series, The Secret Life of Playboy, in January.

This docuseries lifted the veil on horrendous allegations, including what a former Playboy bunny referred to as "Pig Night."

Allegedly occurring once a week, Hefner would bring prostitutes from Sunset Boulevard into the mansion to have dinner with him and his friends, which included big name personalities and movie stars.

The girls were then inspected by Hefner's doctor for sexually transmitted diseases, before being passed onto Hefner's guests for sex.

Holly Madison, who had been dating Hefner around the same time as Marquardt, also spoke on the docuseries. She mirrored Marquardt's claims of coercion and exploitation, stating: "We were all kind of gaslit and expected to think of [Hefner] as, like, this really good guy [...] You started to feel like, 'Oh, he's not what they say in the media — he's just a nice man.'"

Madison also believed Hefner's behavior and the expectations of the Playboy bunnies at the mansion were "cult-like."

Marquardt and Madison discussed the orgies again on their own podcast, Girls Next Level, with Marquardt revealing: "I remember when I woke up the next morning I felt really weird, I had never done anything like that before, not just with [Hefner] but with anybody."

"I feel like 'icky' is the best way to describe it because I just felt yuck all around, and I felt crazy lonely [...] I felt like I was the only one in that whole mansion … I had no idea what to do and I just felt gross, like I wanted to throw up," she recalled.
