Bam Margera is said to be on the run from the police after they issued a warrant for his arrest - with reports that he fled into the woods.
The 43-year-old Jackass star has made a name for himself as a professional skateboarder and his painful stunts on the hit series alongside his colleagues such as Johnny Knoxville and Steve-O.
Unfortunately, the well-being of Margera has been called into question recently, particularly as his co-stars made him sign a waiver that he would remain sober in order to take part in the latest Jackass movie.
As per Sky News, the 43-year-old is currently wanted by police for an alleged assault after he is said to have punched his brother in the face at their family home in Philadelphia.
Police have said that before arriving at the property, Margera fled into dense woods and has not been seen since.
The incident occurred at around 11:00 AM local time in Pocopson Township, Chester County and the investigation concluded that the former Jackass star was "involved in a physical confrontation" with his brother, who sustained minor injuries.
The victim, Jesse Margera, stated that the 43-year-old left him a threatening handwritten note signed "Bam", and that on the morning of the assault, the attacker was banging on his locked bedroom door.
Margera is currently charged with simple assault, harassment, and four counts of "terroristic threats", and police are asking anybody with information on his whereabouts to come forward.
The skateboarder has also dented his relationships with his colleagues and friends as he previously sued the creators of Jackass after they allegedly fired him for failing a drug test.
Part of the complaint read, via The Hollywood Reporter: "Margera did not slip up. He followed the provisions of the Wellness Agreement to a tee, at great personal cost.
"Defendants' treatment of Margera exacerbated his mental health issues and led to suicidal thoughts. But still, Margera persevered - only to have the rug pulled out from under him."
The former Jackass star split from his wife Nikki in February after she cited "irreconcilable differences". The pair had been married since 2013.
Late last month, Margera was seen "making a scene" at a restaurant which subsequently resulted in him being arrested for public intoxication.
It is alleged that he was arguing with his ex-wife in front of their five-year-old son Phoenix after Margera alleged that his child was being kept away from him.
