Julia Fox has opened up about her newfound relationship with Kanye West amid the rapper's ongoing divorce from Kim Kardashian.
For the first time since news of their romance went public, the Uncut Gems actress, 31, dished on the couple's most recent outing with Interview Magazine on Saturday, January 15.
She said the pair were joined by Madonna, Floyd Mayweather, and Antonio Brown for a meal at Los Angeles restaurant Delilah last week, where the rapper directed yet another photoshoot for Fox.
The pair's first date was at celebrity restaurant hotspot Carbone in New York, when they had just started dating.
After the shoot, Fox revealed that "Ye had an entire hotel suite full of clothes" waiting for her, calling it a real "Cinderella moment".
On Saturday, the actress told Interview Magazine she’s enjoying having someone "taking care" of her after a tough time in her personal life.
"Even a month ago, I was so f***ing like … not getting along with my son's father, or not having help," she explained.
She added: "It was just me alone. I was so tired and everything was work. I just remember being like, 'I know that there's going to be a reward for this, like this is so f***ing miserable that I know something good will come of this if I just hang in there.'"
Fox has a son from her marriage to pilot Peter Artemiev, from whom she split last year.
She recently issued a public apology for calling Artemiev a "deadbeat alcoholic" on the most recent episode of her podcast Forbidden Fruits.
Recalling the first time she met Kanye - who legally changed his name to Ye last year - Fox said she felt an "instant, natural, organic attraction and connection" with the Grammy winner.
"I just feel really safe with him," she added, describing their relationship as "a redemption story".
Kanye recently made his biggest public gesture for wanting to get Kim back by dropping $4.5 million on a house across the street from her California home.
The couple originally lived in Kim's house together, which Kanye designed over a number of years. After the couple split, the rapper gave his interest in the home to the reality TV star.
The house purchase is the rapper's latest desperate bid to repair his relationship with Kim, who is reportedly currently dating SNL comedian Pete Davidson.
During a recent concert with Drake at the La Memorial Coliseum, he changed the lyrics to a song, singing that "I need you to run right back to me, more specifically Kimberly."
It comes as Kim was seen holding hands with her rumored new beau Davidson.
