Congratulations are in order for Kourtney Kardashian and Travis Barker as the couple have revealed they are pregnant with their first baby together.

Kourtney, 44, has been keeping fans updated with her journey to starting a family with her husband, 46, and shared the news in the most joyful way.

The reality star took to Instagram to share a video of her in the crowd at a Blink-182 gig, where she proudly held up a hand-written sign saying: "Travis, I'm pregnant'.

Travis appears shocked as he spots the sign in the crowd before joyfully jumping off the stage to embrace his wife and kiss her.

The band's frontman Mark Hoppus was the first to spot Kourtney and her sign and made a joke about the pair "doing the dirty" before enveloping Kourtney in a congratulatory hug.

Kourtney and Travis got married last year and the pair have been open about their desire - and struggle - to have children together.

The reality star had been undergoing grueling IVF but revealed last September that she had stopped having the treatment as it caused her many unpleasant side-effects, including making her spiral into depression.

She has often candidly spoken about the way IVF had affected her, including by hitting back at fans who commented on her weight gain as a result of the hormones she was taking.

Speaking on an episode of The Kardashians, Kourtney explained: "We are officially done with IVF. We would love a baby more than anything, but I really believe in what God has in store for us. If that's a baby, I believe it will happen."

She also revealed that past attempts at IVF hadn't been successful, adding: "[I had] seven frozen eggs from years ago, before Travis. Most of mine didn’t survive the thaw. Freezing of eggs isn’t guaranteed. It’s a misunderstanding."

Kourtney added: "Being happy and being a good parent is most important. Whatever’s meant to be will be."

Her mom, Kris Jenner - who has 12 grandchildren already - also opened up about the toll IVF was taking on Kourtney, saying: "Even though Kourtney has three beautiful children, it doesn't make it hurt any less if you're trying to have a baby and you've been struggling.

"You both know exactly how it feels to have a child and how to bring a child into the world, and now you want to do it with the love of your life."

Kourtney already has three children - Mason, 13, Penelope, 10, and Reign, eight - who she shares with ex-boyfriend Scott Disick, 39.

Travis also has two children of his own - Landon, 19, and Alabama, 17 - with ex-wife Shanna Moakler, 48.

The couple had been firm friends for decades before finally getting together in 2020, going official in February 2021, and getting engaged later that same year.

Congratulations to Kourtney and Travis on their little bundle of joy!
