Kourtney Kardashian has been praised after she proudly showed off her "IVF body" in a new post.

Taking to her Instagram Stories, the 44-year-old flaunted her body while wearing a black bikini, matching sunglasses, and some stunning silver jewelry as she and her friends lounged around in the sun.

"A little IVF body," the Kardashian captioned the snapshot while tagging her two other girlfriends, as well as her wellness and lifestyle brand, Poosh.

The star has been very open with her IVF journey, even giving fans a glimpse of it during episodes of her family's reality TV show, The Kardashians.

"It hasn’t been the most amazing experience," she said during a 2022 teaser for the show, per ET Canada.

"I’m, like, it’s so rude to comment on people when you have no idea what they’re going through," Kourtney also added while speaking to her mom, Kris Jenner.

The 44-year-old, who tied the knot with her husband Travis Barker last May, also opened up about the harsh realities of undergoing IVF, relating it to having typical symptoms of menopause such as weight gain.

In an episode that premiered in October, Kourtney revealed that it was difficult seeing her body change, but her husband has been so supportive throughout it all.

"Every day, Travis is like, 'You’re perfect,'" she said, per Grazia. "If I make one complaint, he's like, 'You’re perfect. You’re so fine... You’ve never been better.'"

"It’s taken me a lot to get me to the place of feeling really comfortable and happy with the changes," she added. "Having a partner who is so supportive of me and always complimenting me, no matter what, it’s just helped me to really embrace the changes and actually to the point where I love the changes now."

Speaking during an episode of Dear Media’s Not Skinny But Not Fat podcast also in October 2022, the eldest Kardashian sister said that she felt a little "pushed" into using IVF because she knew the limitations of her body but she still wanted to have kids with Barker.

"If you even look anything up online about things you can do to help get pregnant... it says on there, like, 'If you’re over 40' — or it might even say something younger — it says, 'Go right away,'" she told the host. "So I felt a little bit pushed."

A month later, during an interview with GQ for their 'Men of the Year' series, Barker also opened up about the difficulties the pair were facing in order to conceive.

"I don’t care if I’m c****** in a cup, or whatever," he told the outlet. "If any of that can help people – seeing Kourtney’s journey through IVF, which is super hard for a woman. You saw her struggle with it and talk about it. That’s real."

Thankfully though, Kourtney seems to be feeling more like herself since then.

She wrote on her Instagram Stories in December: "Finally started getting my energy back 10 months after IVF, for anyone else going through it, it gets better!"

The Kardashian shares three children, Mason, Penelope and Reign, with her ex-husband Scott Disick.
