Kourtney Kardashian has legally changed her name after her 2022 marriage to Travis Barker, and her fans are pointing out the same thing.
Kourtney, 44, married the Blink-182 drummer last year, and it would appear that they have taken another step in their relationship.
Taking to Instagram, Kourtney has revealed that she has legally changed her name to Kourtney Kardashian Barker, as she captioned her post "Say my name".
Using her husband's surname is an acknowledgment of their relatively recent nuptials, but a section of Kardashian Barker's fans are pointing out the same thing - and it's that she couldn't drop the name Kardashian.
Given how, for better or worse, the Kardashian name has become one of the most recognizable names on the planet, it is understandable that Kourtney would want to hold onto it. But, naturally, that didn't stop people online from offering their thoughts.
"She did not drop her last name. Because it won't be so difficult when it's over," one fan wrote, as a second added: "Can't even give up the Kardashian name. Should have just been Kourtney Barker!"
A third Instagram user summed up what a lot of people were saying, stating: "Shouldve [sic] just been Kourtney Barker."
This news follows the revelation that the pair have already decided what they are going to call their first child together.
The 44-year-old and her husband have been trying for a baby for over 18 months, with their various trials and tribulations of course documented on reality show The Kardashians.
Kourtney and Travis wasted no time in their journey to making a baby, including embarking on a grueling IVF journey.
Last September, Kourtney revealed had stopped having the treatment as it caused her many unpleasant side effects, including making her spiral into depression. She has often candidly spoken about the way IVF had affected her, including by hitting back at fans who commented on her weight gain as a result of the hormones she was taking.
Kourtney already has three children - Mason, 13, Penelope, 10, and Reign, eight - who she shares with ex-boyfriend Scott Disick, 39. Travis also has two children of his own - Landon, 19, and Alabama, 17 - with ex-wife Shanna Moakler, 48.
Kourtney appeared to reveal to Travis that she was pregnant during a Blink-182 concert, in a moment that referenced an iconic shot from Blink's All The Small Things video, and after uploading a series of pictures to Instagram, Travis teased that he already knew the baby's name... with many people joking that it'll be "drummer".

Kourtney Kardashian may have just revealed her pregnancy in the most pop-punk way, but the jokes about her baby's potential name have already started coming in...
It's no secret that the 44-year-old reality TV star and her Blink-182 drummer husband, Travis Barker, 47, have been trying for a baby for over a year and a half. The couple has been married since 2022, with the newlyweds wasting no time before working towards falling pregnant, including embarking on a grueling IVF journey.
Last September, Kourtney revealed had stopped having the treatment as it caused her many unpleasant side-effects, including making her spiral into depression. She has often candidly spoken about the way IVF had affected her, including by hitting back at fans who commented on her weight gain as a result of the hormones she was taking.
Speaking on an episode of The Kardashians, Kourtney explained: "We are officially done with IVF. We would love a baby more than anything, but I really believe in what God has in store for us. If that's a baby, I believe it will happen."
She also revealed that past attempts at IVF hadn't been successful, adding: "[I had] seven frozen eggs from years ago, before Travis. Most of mine didn't survive the thaw. Freezing of eggs isn't guaranteed. It's a misunderstanding. Being happy and being a good parent is most important. Whatever's meant to be will be."
The POOSH founder ended up revealing her pregnancy at a Blink-182 concert by holding up a sign that read: "Travis, I'm pregnant" in a nod to a moment from one of the band's old music videos. A couple of days the epic announcement, Kourtney took to social media once again to share a series of photos of her and her husband, before then posting a clip of them revealing the baby's gender.
Travis showcased his excellent showmanship by doing an anticipation-increasing roll on his snare drum, even when he had to take his eyes off the instrument because his wife leaned in for a passionate kiss. But as soon as he did a final crash on his cymbals, a burst of baby blue confetti shot up into the sky, revealing that the lovebirds will be expecting a boy to add to their blended family.
Under one of the Instagram uploads, Travis appears to reveal the couple already knows the baby boy's name, commenting: "I already know his name [...]."
But, as always, people already have a lot to say about what the couple's new arrival might be called, with many netizens suggesting it could be Drummer.
"Baby name will be drummer lol," one person wrote.
Someone else added: "Name him drummer [...]."
"They will name him drummer I bet," a further user chimed in. "Drummer will be his name," a fourth comment read.
What do you think about the name Drummer? With cousins named North, Saint, Psalm, and even Dream, anything seems possible...

Congratulations are in order for Kourtney Kardashian and Travis Barker as the couple have revealed they are pregnant with their first baby together.
Kourtney, 44, has been keeping fans updated with her journey to starting a family with her husband, 46, and shared the news in the most joyful way.
The reality star took to Instagram to share a video of her in the crowd at a Blink-182 gig, where she proudly held up a hand-written sign saying: "Travis, I'm pregnant'.
Travis appears shocked as he spots the sign in the crowd before joyfully jumping off the stage to embrace his wife and kiss her.
The band's frontman Mark Hoppus was the first to spot Kourtney and her sign and made a joke about the pair "doing the dirty" before enveloping Kourtney in a congratulatory hug.
Kourtney and Travis got married last year and the pair have been open about their desire - and struggle - to have children together.
The reality star had been undergoing grueling IVF but revealed last September that she had stopped having the treatment as it caused her many unpleasant side-effects, including making her spiral into depression.
Most of mine didn’t survive the thaw. Freezing of eggs isn’t guaranteed. It’s a misunderstanding."
Kourtney added: "Being happy and being a good parent is most important. Whatever’s meant to be will be."
Her mom, Kris Jenner - who has 12 grandchildren already - also opened up about the toll IVF was taking on Kourtney, saying: "Even though Kourtney has three beautiful children, it doesn't make it hurt any less if you're trying to have a baby and you've been struggling.
"You both know exactly how it feels to have a child and how to bring a child into the world, and now you want to do it with the love of your life."
The couple had been firm friends for decades before finally getting together in 2020, going official in February 2021, and getting engaged later that same year.
Congratulations to Kourtney and Travis on their little bundle of joy!

Kourtney Kardashian recently marked her husband Travis Barker's 48th birthday with a sweet post - but the images that went with it left fans divided.
The couple went public with their romance in January 2021 before marrying in May 2022 and announced they were expecting a child together this year.
Their baby son was born at the start of November, with Travis later confirming they'd named their little boy Rocky Thirteen Barker.
To celebrate the Blink-182 drummer's birthday, Kourtney, 44, shared a series of photos from a maternity photoshoot they'd had before the birth... and it's safe to say they got people talking in the comments.
In her tribute, she wrote: "To my husband, my soulmate, my best friend, my lover, my daddy to our baby boy, my everything… I wish you the happiest birthday.
"You make all of my dreams come true and I feel so blessed to have you by my side. I love you beyond words, forever."
Alongside her heartfelt comment, Kourtney shared seven photos of the two of them together not long before their baby was born.
In the snaps, Kourtney initially wears a white tank top with a black bra visible underneath it and blue jeans, while Travis went topless to show off his many tattoos, also wearing a slightly darker blue pair of jeans on his bottom half.
The photos started off relatively tame with a photo of Kourtney - also topless - taken from the back as she hugged her husband tightly.
Then she shared a photo of her in the tank top with Travis resting his hands on her bump from behind, however in the next photo, his hand was creeping down her top onto her breast.
The intimate vibes were only set to increase in further images, as a topless Kourtney posed facing the camera as Travis cupped her breasts in his hands from behind, while in another image he reached far down the back of her jeans.
The final image was far more wholesome as the pair faced one another as Travis put his hands on Kourtney's waist as she cupped his face in her hands and smiled up at him joyfully.
Fans were left divided by the images, immediately flooding the comments to write: "These are the weirdest maternity pictures I have ever seen lol", and: "These are types of pictures you just keep to yourself lol."
Others added: "We could’ve definitely lived happily without seeing these pics," and: "Weird to sexualize maternity pictures but ok."
One person commented: "All the money you have and you can’t get tasteful maternity photos?", while another wrote: "I love you but these pictures are gross."
A fan also posted: "I’m so happy she’s in love but I’m not liking this sorry to say trashy looking side to her, but love their love for each other, just bring back that elegant Kourtney," while someone else added: "Your poor kids having to see these someday."
Others were more supportive of the couple expressing themselves however they want, writing: "Yessssss Kourt keep p**sing these uptight people off… It’s great. Happy Birthday Travis."
Someone else wrote: "Y’all are hating so hard don’t y’all have something better to do?", and: "Awww what a beautiful and thoughtful post Kourtney. The chemistry between you and Travis is indescribable. You’ve both come so far and should be so proud. Happy birthday Travis, I wish you many more to come."
Another fan added: "I’m just here for Kourt finally finding her happiness."
Kourtney and Travis are yet to post any photos of their new bundle of joy, who joins Kourtney's other children, Mason, 12, Penelope, nine, and Reign, seven, who she shares with her ex Scott Disick.
Little Rocky also has older siblings on his dad's side too, as Travis has son Landon, 19, daughter Alabama, 17, and stepdaughter Atiana, 24, with his ex-wife Shanna Moakler.
