Megan Fox has opened up about the bizarre rules she makes her doctors follow before performing plastic surgery on her.
The Jennifer's Body star, 37, has long been the subject of plastic surgery rumors, but the actress has never spoken out about what she has or hasn't had done.
In a new interview with Alex Cooper on the Call Her Daddy podcast, the Transformers actress sat down for a candid chat in which she spoke openly about her procedures, including three boob jobs and rhinoplasty.
And while she admitted to going under the knife several times over the years, she also revealed that there are some rather odd rules her doctors have to follow before she will allow them to operate on her.

Revealing what procedures she'd undergone, Megan explained: "What I have had done, like I said I had my boobs done when I was 21 or 22. I had them redone after I was done breastfeeding my kids, because I don't know where they went but they went.
"And then I had to have them redone very recently because the first set I didn't have enough body fat to disguise, you could see the rippling of the implants so I had to switch them out to this set."
When it comes to actually going under the knife to tweak her body, things aren't as straightforward as people would expect, as Megan admitted she has some very strange rules her medical team must follow.
And no, it's not anything like what you'd expect.
The mom-of-three admitted: "I don't like surgery, my body does not react well to general anesthesia, and so when I go to have a surgery it's a very big deal and all my doctors have to meet with me before and have to tell me if they've seen any omens - if they saw any owls, crows, if anyone stepped on a spider, if there are any dead insects...
"My doctors have to go through this with me because I am very afraid of dying under general anesthesia. So I don't take surgery lightly and therefore I have not had many of them because of that. So that's probably a saving grace that I have this paranoia or this fear because God knows what I would have been up to."
Alex, who'd been laughing behind her hand throughout the revelation, asked the actress if her doctors thought she was "insane" because of it, to which Megan responded that they "loved" her despite the questions.
The rules don't end when Megan's under, either, as she has specific rules for what the surgeons can and can't listen to while operating on her.
"By the way, I'm like I'll still pay for this surgery just do not... also just make sure the music playlist, no music comes up that reminds you of your ex-girlfriend or an ex-wife, or anything that's going to make you upset because you're the surgeon, you need to be in a good headspace," she added.
Megan continued: "If you have a fight with your wife, do not come in for surgery. I go through all of these protocols. Any surgery is a risk to your life, I don't care what anyone says. That's the truth, going under general anesthesia is a risk to your life."

Megan also bizarrely claimed that she is "not fully ever asleep" because her "soul is fighting on the surgical table to wake up" which she finds "traumatizing".
Elsewhere, Megan also said that she'd never had anything done to her butt but if she ever decided to get a BBL (Brazilian butt lift), she would want them to make her booty so big it was "circus freak" proportions to make it worth it.
