Machine Gun Kelly has reacted to Megan Fox's savage relationship advice after calling off her engagement with the musician.

The 37-year-old Jennifer's Body star started dating Machine Gun Kelly, whose real name is Colson Baker, back in 2020 after the pair starred in the 33-year-old's music video for 'Bloody Valentine'.

The couple announced their engagement in 2022 but less than a year later in February 2023, rumors circulated that the two had split up after Fox deleted all her posts with Kelly on Instagram before unfollowing him on the social media platform.

At the time, Fox also sparked rumors the musician had cheated after sharing a cryptic post, but the Transformers star shut the gossip down in a now-deleted post on Instagram, stating: "There has been no third party interference in this relationship of any kind. That includes, but is not limited to… actual humans, DMs, AI bots or succubus demons," as cited by Cosmopolitan.

However, in an interview on the Call Her Daddy podcast, the mom-of-three finally disclosed her relationship status, revealing that she and the 'Don't Let Me Go' singer have called off their engagement.

"I feel like everyone has such an opinion on your guys' relationship. You got engaged, then I think it was called off, then we don't know what's going on with you. How would you describe your relationship with MGK?" the host Alex Cooper asked, to which the actress confirmed that the duo had gone through some issues.

"All those things you said were accurate things that have occurred. I could see them being confusing, or interesting to people, and them being like, 'What’s up?'" she said. "I think that what I've learned from being in this relationship is that it's not for public consumption, so I think as of now, I don't have a comment on like the status of the relationship per se.

"What I can say is [he] is what I refer to as being my 'twin soul' and there will always be a tether to him, no matter what," she said, adding that she refuses to elaborate on the pair's relationship.

"I can’t say for sure what the capacity will be, but I will always be connected to him somehow. Beyond that, I’m not willing to explain," she concluded.

Now, in a new interview with E! News The Rundown host Erin Lim Rhodes at the Revolve Festival in Palm Springs on Saturday (April 13), Fox did not hold back when she shared her advice for single women.

"I don't know if I'm the best person to give advice, because my advice is like just learn a skill or develop a hobby, and do not waste your energy on boys," she said. "All they're going to do is drain you. Just move on. Invest in yourself."

The Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles star posted the interview clip to her own Instagram page with the caption: "Life advice from a relationship expert."

According to Comments By Celebs on the platform, Fox's former fiancé took to the comments section to write "PREACH", before later deleting his post.

Fans of the pair took note of his remark and shared their reactions, with one user writing: "MGK agreeing and she’s talking about him lol." Another chimed in: "No lies detected," while a third added: "I love that he hyped her up."

A fourth interjected: "He agrees being with a well-rounded person is better than someone who relies on their partner for everything."
