Iggy Azalea has announced that she has signed up to OnlyFans.

The news comes as the Australian rapper prepares for the release of her fourth studio album, Hotter Than Hell - which is part of what she has described as a "mixed media project".

Writing to her 7.6 million Twitter followers, the 32-year-old 'Fancy' rapper revealed: "SURPRISE! Im dropping a mixed media project called ‘Hotter Than Hell’. There’s photographs, visual artist collabs, videos, merch and all kinds of
aesthetically pleasing, hot as hell things happening this year. You can get first look content + updates on my new OnlyFans account."

Per Billboard, a press release from the Aussie chart-topper promised "content that will be "creative, colorful, tongue-in-cheek fun and unapologetically hot."

Azalea adds that the project will be visually inspired by "supermodels of the 90s, Pamela Anderson, the conception of the centerfold model, sexuality and its differing viewpoints between men and women, and Madonna’s book Sex."

She also highlighted that the Hotter Than Hell project will see her collaborating with fashion photographers, visual artists, and producers.

Over on Twitter, Azalea also shared a link to the NY Post's article covering the announcement, adding: "My art sl*t era has arrived".

In terms of prices, Billboard has reported that subscribers will be forking out $25-a-month for "first-look access and exclusive content from the project", that is scheduled to run until December and conclude with the release of a book.

There has currently been no release date for the album, which will follow her 2021 studio album, The End of an Era.

Azalea has long been very open with her fans regarding sexuality and her personal preferences.

In fact, in an interview with Pride Source back in 2014, the rapper revealed that despite some people's perceptions of her and her lyrics, she is straight.

"I’m not gay," she said. "I love gay people, but I’m straight. I don’t wanna kiss girls. I’m not into girls. I appreciate women, and I like rapping about them, but in case you thought I was a lame person pretending to be gay, um, I’m not."

Elsewhere in the interview, Azalea spoke about how she has witnessed homophobia within hip-hop, and that she tries to act as somewhat of a "mother hen" to those in the LGBTQIA+ community.

This was highlighted back in 2021 when JoJo Siwa revealed that Iggy was one of the first people that called her after she came out as LGBTQIA+.

"The night that I came out, Iggy Azalea actually texted me. She was like, 'Oh, my God, I'm so happy for you. This is amazing,'" Siwa told EW.

"We talked for a while and I got to tell her everything. It was really sweet. She was there as a friend," Siwa added.
