Earlier this month, Jennifer Lopez and Shakira put on one of the greatest Super Bowl Halftime Shows in history.

Prior to hitting the stage for the 15-minute spectacular, Lopez wrote on social media: "Let’s show the world what two little Latin girls can do."

The duo then performed a medley of their greatest hits - including 'Hips Don't Lie' and 'On The Floor' - accompanied with energetic and jaw-dropping choreography, which including belly dancing, rope dancing, and pole dancing.

Lopez was even joined by her 11-year-old daughter Emme Maribel Muñiz to perform the iconic club hit 'Let's Get Loud'.

In all honesty, it was a performance that made you forget Lopez is 50 years old! Seriously, I'm 28 and can easily put my back out just lifting a sandwich.

Now, J-Lo has posted a steamy picture to her 114 million Instagram followers that only further adds to the conspiracy theory that she has, in fact, discovered the fountain of youth.

Posing in a white two-piece for a mirror selfie, Lopez captioned the post: "Relaxed and recharged."

And, as you can imagine, J-Lo was basked with compliments in her comments section:

Kourtney Kardashian simply commented: "Damn", and Real Housewives of New Jersey star Melissa Gorga echoed Kardashian, saying: "Damn man".

Speaking about how she keeps herself looking so young, Lopez stressed in an interview with HELLO! the importance of staying hydrated. The 'Booty' singer said: "First of all, hydrate. Drinking plenty of water, especially before a workout, can help you push harder and get more out of your exercise routine."

As for snacking, she told HELLO!: "I always carry fruit and veggies with me to give me something to snack on between meals."

Lopez also spoke about her passion for dancing, saying:

"Dance has always been a huge part of my life and taking the time to move my body and do something that's so good for me is key to my happiness. And I really believe that when you take care of yourself and work to stay healthy, you're better able to take care of those you love. So working out is definitely a priority for me."

But in an interview with InStyle, Lopez revealed that her number one tip for looking and feeling good at 50 is sleep, saying: "The number one tip is to always get enough sleep. I can’t stress this enough. Ideally, I would love to get nine or 10 hours of sleep, but either way, I always make sure I get at least eight,"
