Camila Cabello and Shawn Mendes have done it again. The loved-up couple performed Senorita for the second time, and drove viewers - including Taylor Swift - wild.

The pair made everyone think they were going to kiss on stage, and then they didn't. Luckily for us at home, though, the camera at the American Music Awards last night panned over to catch Taylor's expression during the performance, and she seemed so hyped for the kiss that it looked like it was actually about to happen. Alas, it was not meant to be, as Camila and Shawn pulled away at the last moment.

Naturally, people found the Style singer's reaction absolutely hilarious.

"Taylor Swift was so ready for that Shawn Mendes and Camila Cabello kiss to happen and then it just didn’t," wrote one Twitter user.

But this is not the first time that Camila and Shawn have pulled this move. They did the same thing at the MTV VMA's, and it drove fellow Hollywood power couple, Sophie Turner and Joe Jonas, crazy.

The erstwhile Jonas Brother even took to Instagram to recount the incident, writing "#VMAs are over, but we’re still waiting for that kiss tho ? @camila_cabello @shawnmendes."

Camila recently opened up to Elle magazine about how she and Shawn are navigating their relationship in the face of public scrutiny.

"People can say whatever they want to say," she said when asked whether their initial privacy regarding their romance led to increased speculation. "They can speculate, but at the same time, we are going to live our own lives, enjoy it, and fall for each other like nobody is watching. That is how I want to live. I never want to open the door for people to feel like they are involved. Like I said, I want it to be mine and [Shawn's]. That’s why I’m so tight-lipped about it: because I want to protect it."

Miley Cyrus has left fans blushing after making a seemingly x-rated offer to fellow pop stars Shawn Mendes and Camila Cabello.

Mendes and Cabello were singing Miley's popular 2000s hit The Climb - teaming up to serenade their fans on Mendes' TikTok page together. In the video, the pair can be seen hitting all the high notes and giving it their all as they enjoy singing in harmony with one another.

And if Miley Cyrus' comment on the video is anything to go by, she really enjoyed their performance as well.

Per news.com.au, the singer later clarified her comment by saying, “A three part harmony obviously Shawn. You filthy animal.”

Recently, Miley got candid about her sex life during quarantine in an interview with Howard Stern.

The pop icon and daughter of country music star Billy Ray Cyrus touched upon life in lockdown, the Californian wildfires that torched her home, her breakup from her ex-husband Liam Hemsworth, and her subsequent relationships following their split.

Miley revealed that lockdown guidelines hadn't dampened her love life too much, stating: "[It’s been] really interesting and challenging. I do a lot of FaceTime sex."

Cyrus also spoke out about the end of her relationship with actor Liam Hemsworth, saying: "Our house burned down. [Liam and I] had been like, engaged.

"I don't know if we really ever thought we were actually going to get married, but when we lost our house in Malibu – which if you listen to my voice pre and post-fire, they’re very different. So that trauma really affected my voice.

"I had so much and it was all gone, every song I had ever written was in that house. Every photograph of me that my parents had given to me, all my scripts, I lost everything.

"And so in trying to put that back together, instead of going: 'Oh, nature kind of did something I couldn't do for myself; it forced me to let go', I ran toward the fire."

Fans of Shawn Mendes and Camila Cabello's iconic relationship were in for a treat as the exes were reportedly spotted smooching at Coachella this weekend.

The former 'it couple' - who had collaborated creatively on the song 'Señorita' - ended up dating for two years from the summer of 2019, before ultimately splitting in November 2021.

At the time, the couple released a joint statement on their respective Instagram stories announcing their split, saying (via Page Six): "Hey guys, we've decided to end our romantic relationship but our love for another as humans is stronger than ever."

The statement continued: "We started our relationship as best friends and will continue to be best friends. We so appreciate your support from the beginning and moving forward. Camila and Shawn."

While Mendes, 24, and Cabello, 26, were notoriously private about their relationship, Cabello did get candid about how her priorities "shifted" and "fluctuated" during their relationship. "We both started so young, too," the former Fifth Harmony singer said during an interview with Apple Music's Zane Lowe in March 2022. "It's like we're really learning how to be healthy adults. My priorities have fluctuated, and my focus has changed throughout my life."

Now, fans are hoping for a Mendes-Cabello reunion, after the duo were spotted kissing at Coachella, PEOPLE reports.

Fans have been in meltdown after the video went viral on Twitter, with one person writing: "If it's meant to be it will be and honestly if they really are back together then good for them :)"

"That's what I need," another comment read.

Obviously, the initial news of their split back in 2021 surprised fans, especially as the pair had been spotted making out in Miami earlier that month.

During the pandemic, the pair quarantined together in Miami, with Mendes, 24, saying in August 2021 that this ended up bringing them closer. "Camila and I were so lucky because we were able to just kind of be in a still moment, and it was the first time in the past six years that we've been just able to relax and not work at all," he said, per People.

"We were going on bike rides around Miami, and it just felt really beautiful," he added.

A while after their breakup, Mendes was linked to several women - including his own chiropractor Dr. Jocelyne Miranda, 51. He was also rumored to have been dating actress Sabrina Carpenter, but he shut down rumors on the Dutch TV program RTL Boulevard, saying he was "not dating" Carpenter, per Page Six.

As for Cabello, she was in a relationship with Lox Club CEO Austin Kevitch, having been first papped together in June 2022. They ended up parting ways just eight months later.

But after what we appear to have seen at Coachella, I guess we'll just have to watch this space!

Shawn Mendes and Camila Cabello are one of the hottest, most successful and talented couples out there. However, that certainly doesn't mean they don't get their fair share of shade.

I mean, they're in the public eye - pretty much everything they do is scrutinised. Even something as seemingly private as the way they show intimacy and affection towards each other.

So, when their kissing technique was slated on Twitter recently, they decided to take to Instagram and respond to the critique - by sharing a video of 'how they really kiss'.

Before the kissing action takes place, Shawn tells their fans: "So we saw on Twitter and stuff you guys saying stuff about the way we're kissing and how it looks weird, like we kiss like fish."

Camila then adds: "It really hurt our feelings."

And because it hurt their feelings so much, the famous couple decided to redeem themselves by treating their fans to a peek into a very intimate aspect of their relationship.

"We just want to show you how we really kiss," Shawn explains.

For anyone with a weak stomach, the comical clip basically just shows the pair demonstrating the 'way they kiss' in the most outrageous way imaginable.

Earlier this month, Cabello was asked about a headline which suggested that she and Shawk kissed like characters in a rom-com. "I think if you're smooching, you got to smooch like you're in a rom-com," she told the presenters SiriusXM radio's Hits 1. "What, do you want to smooch like you're in a boring drama? No!"

In any case, it does seem like Camila and Shawn are still very much in love.

"This past year and a half was the first time I really experienced falling in love with another person," Camila said a recent interview with Elle. I think there is so much more depth to love when you know you are in it with another person."

Every so often, a would-be celebrity couple captures the world's imagination.

Until recently, it was Lady Gaga and Bradley Cooper, whose chemistry in A Star is Born was off the scale. Now, it's singers Shawn Mendes and Camila Cabello, who sparked dating rumours after their racy performance in the 'Señorita' music video.

Further fuel has now been added to this speculation after the pair were spotted kissing.

The footage above was captured at Dottie's True Blue Café in San Francisco, where they appeared to be enjoying a breakfast date.

20-year-old Shawn is currently in the city for the North American leg of his world tour, and it appears that the 22-year-old, who, until June, had been dating Matthew Hussey, decided to join him.

A witness told E! that the singers were holding hands and "definitely looked like a couple" who were "flirty and very close." Apparently, Shawn paid the cheque - y'know, if that means anything to you.
