Offset splurges $8,000 on car seat for 2-year-old daughter Kulture

It's a fact that parenting is pretty darn expensive. I mean, seriously, what mom or dad hasn't looked on agog at the hefty price tag of baby clothes, and other paraphernalia, when out shopping for their newborn?

However, this week the rapper Offset has stunned social media users, by splurging out a whopping total of $8,000 on a car seat for his daughter.

The 28-year-old musician, who shares his two-year-old daughter Kulture with fellow rap icon Cardi B, took to his official Instagram account on Monday night, to share a picture of the car seat with his 17.3 million fans and followers.

Offset captioned the post: "8 thousand dollar car seat and i bet it has peanut butter and jelly on it in 1 week [sic]"

As you can see in the image above, the luxurious high seat is fashioned out of tan-toned leather, and the seat even bears a stitched Rolls Royce monogram as well as Kulture’s name.

However, a number of the rapper's followers had plenty to say about the incredibly luxurious car seat, and took to the comments to make their feelings known.

Meanwhile, another irate commenter chimed in: "I’m not hating on y’all being rich but this was a waste of money she’s going to grow out of it."

This isn't the first time that Cardi and Offset have been this flash with their cash either. Back in December of 2019, Cardi gifted Offset the princely sum of $500,000 for his birthday, documented the exchange on Instagram, and shared the footage with her 76 million followers.

In the video in question, Cardi states to Offset:

"So, you got every car, you got every jewellery, you got everything, every shoe, what else can I get someone that got everything, ... That's $500,000. You can buy a car, you can buy more clothes, you can buy more jewelry, you can buy me more Birkin bags [sic]."

Let's be honest, if you can afford to spend $8,000 on a car seat, life must be going pretty well!
