Paris Hilton has shared the first photos of her baby daughter who she introduced to the world five months ago in a shock reveal.

Hilton, 43, who welcomed her first child, Phoenix, with husband Carter Reum on January 25, 2023, announced the arrival of her daughter, London, born via surrogate in November of the same year.

In a heartfelt Instagram post, Hilton expressed her gratitude for her newborn daughter, sharing an adorable photo featuring a pink baby outfit and heart-shaped sunglasses. "Thankful for my baby girl," she wrote in the caption.

However, behind the scenes, Hilton revealed that her decision to opt for surrogacy was influenced by her battle with post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), stemming from a traumatic experience in her teenage years.

In an exclusive interview with CNN, Hilton opened up about her overwhelming love for her children, stating: "We are just over the moon, we are so in love with her, and I just feel like my life is so complete now with my baby boy and baby girl."

Reflecting on the unexpected nature of London's arrival, Hilton shared: "She was a surprise to everyone as well - my mom and my sister, they knew but they didn't know when it was happening."

In the first snaps of the infant shared by Hilton, the little one sat contentedly on her mother's lap, dressed in a pink outfit with a matching bow on her head.

"Introducing London Marilyn Hilton-Reum," Hilton captioned the post. "I've dreamed of having a daughter named London for as long as I can remember. I'm so grateful she is here. I truly cherish every moment I spend with her. Together with Phoenix, my angel babies have shown me a love that I never even knew could run so deep before I became their mother."

Previously, Hilton shared the news of London's birth through an Instagram post featuring a pink ensemble with the name "London" embroidered on it, accompanied by heartfelt gratitude for her "baby girl."

The couple's decision to maintain privacy regarding their children's births aligns with Hilton's desire to shield her family life from public scrutiny.

In interviews, she has expressed a wish for her children to enter the world without undue attention, citing her own experiences of feeling "public" and "invaded" in the past.
