In the run-up to the game, Brittany Mahomes sat down with USA today where she revealed that being a parent to two young children in the build-up to one of the biggest sporting events on the planet has its challenges.
"The biggest challenge was packing all their stuff and making sure we had everything we needed for them for a week," she said. "Two kids is a lot of luggage and so stressful, making sure you don’t forget anything."
She attended the Superbowl in 2021 while pregnant with her daughter and acknowledged that this championship game had a much different feel to it.
"It’s totally different from the last Super Bowl we went to, but wouldn’t change it for the world," she said. "Way more responsibilities and thoughts going through my head. Making sure they are fed, taking their naps, and adjusting to the time change! Having to plan ahead for things and always thinking ahead."
It's great to see the family making happy memories on these big occasions, and we're sure Mahomes will be back at the Super Bowl very soon.
