Viewers of Marvel Cinematic Universe's new series She-Hulk: Attorney-at-Law have been left scratching their heads after watching a strange post-credit scene featuring Megan Thee Stallion.
The series follows the story of a woman named Jennifer Walters - a single attorney in her 30s who specializes in cases involving superhumans. Oh, and she just so happens to be able to transform into a green 6 foot 7 She-Hulk.
The post-credit scene in question begins with She-Hulk - or Jennifer Walters - walking into her office saying: "Hi, there's my new favorite client." She then wanders over to her desk and asks her new client, which is revealed to be none other than rapper Megan Thee Stallion, to sign a few documents.
The scene continues with both women twerking to Megan Thee Stallion's song 'Body', before the rapper says: "Oh, you are way more fun than my last lawyer." To which Walters aggressively states: "I will kill for you, Meghan Thee Stallion."
"Dial it back," the rapper responds.
As with most things these days, many people felt it necessary to share their distaste for the scene on social media.
One user was clearly unimpressed with the scene, complaining about the apparent lackluster comedy: "What has the [Marvel Cinematic Universe] become? Marvel has failed to understand that not everything has to be a joke or funny [sic]."
While another alluded to the fact that the scene appeared to look rather low-budget, commenting: "Not dissing the people who had to make this by the way, but the fact that [the Marvel Cinematic Universe] couldn't give them more time and budget to make this not look like c***, props to them and their effort with the budget they had
